GreenTree Eastern Properties in Beijing

Staying at the GreenTree Eastern Hotel was a much better experience than I expected. From the moment we walked in, the front desk attendant greeted us with a smile and handled our check-in quickly and thoroughly. She even proactively recommended some local eateries and transportation routes nearby, saving us the trouble of planning. The housekeeping auntie was also incredibly kind; she cleaned our room spotless every day. After noticing we requested two extra bottles of water, she silently made sure to leave two additional ones every day thereafter – it's these little details that truly warm your heart. When checking out, the front desk attendant even helped us with our luggage to the door and reminded us to travel safely. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm. The soundproofing was also good, allowing us to sleep soundly every night. The hotel's location is super convenient, right by a subway station, making it easy to get to tourist spots. While there aren't many fancy extra services, the genuine cleanliness, comfort, and sincere service are exactly what's needed for business trips or leisure travel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The facilities are quite modern, featuring smart amenities and even a little robot that navigates the elevator on its own. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything is tidy. The breakfast spread was impressively varied and plentiful. They offer ample free parking, which is a great bonus. The location is very convenient, being close to the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Temple of Heaven, the Museum of Ancient Architecture, and Bairong Shopping Mall. Even in traffic, a taxi ride to these spots takes only about 20 minutes; otherwise, it's just over ten minutes. I'll definitely be back!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. Check-in was super quick, and the staff were incredibly nice. They even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a delightful surprise! 🥰 The room itself was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. All the toiletries were provided, hot water was plentiful, and the soundproofing was excellent – absolutely no noise disturbances. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and even the smallest corners were spotless.
