Ascott Hotels in Beijing

A truly excellent stay. From the warm welcome at the front desk during check-in, I immediately felt their enthusiasm. The dining experience at the restaurant was particularly impressive; the food selection was incredibly rich and varied. The buffet, priced at a very affordable 80+ RMB, offered a range and quality that could easily rival those found at international chain hotels charging over 200 RMB per person, with all desired categories well-represented. The restaurant itself was also very photogenic, though it was a tad too warm inside – understandable, as being a glass structure, it truly felt like a greenhouse!

I've stayed at Ascott Raffles City multiple times. Its prime location makes it incredibly convenient for getting around. What truly stands out is that with every booking, I receive a call from the front desk inquiring about any special requests, which always makes me feel genuinely valued. The room arrangements are consistently excellent, showing they clearly remember my preferences. A huge thank you to the entire front desk team for their exceptional friendliness, especially Miki, Renne, Ethan, and others whose names I regrettably didn't catch. Looking forward to my next stay!
