"The hotel is about 10mins walk from the main station with our luggages. It’s just outside of the main town area but it is walkable everywhere in Beaune. There was a nice bakery and crêperie nearby. The room is a little cramped but was clean and toilet is huge. The soap provided smelt nice too. There is no lift but we were lucky to be on the first floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us whenever we walked past and helped us store the luggages. It was a good stay!"

However, like many hotels in Europe that are converted from old buildings, it does not have an elevator."

"Great little hotel. Small and quaint. Great service by the owner. Only flaw is that you can hear and feel the floors creaking as other guests go up to their rooms. Sound insulation is non existent and you can hear everything. In addition the place always sells like bacon or pork due to the breakfast preparation. YMMV."
