YYvonnemamaFacilities: Quite impressive! I initially thought it might be a bit dated, but I was pleasantly surprised upon entering. There was a lovely fresh scent.
Service: I must say, the service here is truly outstanding. Every staff member was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. We even received welcome drinks, fruit, and desserts upon arrival. Absolutely top-notch!
Ambiance: The surroundings are beautiful and serene, with birds chirping and flowers blooming – a real resort-like atmosphere. Plus, it boasts its own private beach.
Cleanliness: The housekeeping was also impeccable.
Oh, and 'Mr. Coconut' was super great! The last photo is of him!

GGuest UserIt takes about 15 〜 20 minutes to walk to the old town, but it was quiet at night because it was off the main street. There are vegan restaurants and cafes nearby.
The lady at the reception is very kind and friendly. I thought it was hard to carry my luggage without an elevator, and the cleaner and the lady at the reception carried it.
The room was large and clean. The bathtub felt old, but it also had a hot shower, and I thought it was a hotel more than the price. I would like to stay again.

MMLS755Wonderful stay for our family of 4! The room was spacious and comfortable. We were greeted by the lovely front desk staff who treated us like family from the moment my children walked in the lobby. Especially Ms. Tram and Leng but overall the staff’s kindness and willingness to help was the highlight of this place. Room service and the restaurants have so many options and serve delicious food! We also enjoyed the beautiful and cozy pool / garden area. I also liked the location since it was about 10 minutes or less to the beach and town. Not much to do walking around the hotel though but taxis are cheap and they also have bikes available. Unfortunately I was not able to try the spa even though they gave us discount coupons. Next time! 🙂

We took the suite and loved it. Love the interior and wooden bed. Mattress and pillow were good for a night's rest.

GGuest UserOverall we had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean and with modern bathroom. Breakfast was rather standard for a Vietnamese 4-star hotel - vide selection of Asian dishes, breads, eggs and fruits. Extra points for a nice swimming pool and delicious coconut coffee, which we bought at the restaurant in the hotel.

WWoshishendali，jiushishendali。This is a superb hotel in almost any and all aspects, except that the main entrance looks a bit poor. Like many others, the hotel owns a riverside inner yard, which I'd rather call a ”Botanic garden”. The whole complex is attractively charming enough and deserves longer stay, and therefore, renders our 2-night stay a major regret for our expedition of Hoi An.
Well facilitated, the hotel offers everything you can expect from a remarkable hotel. SPA, body fitting, swimming, and last but not least, wonderful breakfast.
When taking breakfast, we cannot help wondering what we're really eager to be fed up with, the delicious dishes, or the tiny waves of the swimming pool, reflecting the shadows of the coconut trees?

AAnton AnWe booked a hotel for 1 night to visit Hoi An. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was very nice, the balcony is wonderful. The hotel itself is located near the old town (you can walk there) and in a relatively quiet and peaceful place.
Pros:
- location,
- hotel facilities (swimming pool, good beds, TV, robes, towels for the pool),
- friendly staff.
Cons:
- the bar closes at 9pm;
- the pool is also formally until 9pm, but no one kicked us out at 10pm
- and a **HUGE MINUS** - the girl from the reception who sells you additional services all the time: when you check in she offers all sorts of boats walks and taxi, at breakfast she comes up and asks about your plans and kind of unobtrusively offers a taxi, etc. It's annoying, but it's Vietnamese marketing, unfortunately
