"Dimele location is very good, check in is also convenient. The person in charge is very friendly and willing to help.
There are welcome snacks and drinks, and the room service is picked up every day, which is very thoughtful.
The location is very convenient, close to the bus stop, restaurants, dry cleaning clothes store.
The sanitary environment has room for improvement, and there is hair on the bed.
One thing is disappointing, the photos I saw in Trip.com do not match the actual stay (I saw that there is a window, but there is no), there is a feeling of being cheated. When I look for it now, it is still the previous photo room, not real. But I used other online platforms to find the kind I lived in. In fact, I don't mind adding money to stay in the photo room, so I feel cheated."

Hotel manager Thanos had some fascinating smiles and professional service awareness, because the booked room type for some reason before the tenant did not check out, so we upgraded our better room for free. The manager showed us three room types and let us choose for ourselves.
The hotel's restaurants are some very professional products, not losing to other restaurants outside. There is a very large outdoor pool, where many people swim in the sun during the day.
The hotel also offers free pick-up and drop-off service, no matter how you get to the island, they will pick you up.
If I have the opportunity to come back to Miknos, I will definitely choose this hotel.

GGuest UserVery friendly and attentive staff. Efficient Check in with welcome drink even in the evening. The whole hotel is designed in white, trendy and is stylisch with nice Accessoires everywhere. Huge pool and jacuzzi are inviting. Breakfast buffet is small, but has everything expected even with egg station. They provided kind of breakfast Box complementary when checked out as very early birds.
Rooms are standard with quite soft mattresses, coffee maker, mini bar, The hotel location is about one kilometers above Mykonos town in a very quite, rural area. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay here again when in Mykonos.

Mms helenliu酒店很漂亮，服務也很好，離公交巴士汽車站走路5分鐘的樣子，不管是從機場還是港口來直接坐公交大巴車3歐元到fabrika這站下車就到了，非常近，唯一有點缺點的就是酒店門口那條馬路是雙向汽車馬路，有一個爬坡，所以進出酒店時需要注意安全，不過這條馬路就200米的樣子。酒店房間有面對酒店花園和麪對海景的，第一晚給我們面對海景的，房間很漂亮但晚上陽台上太冷了，和酒店反應後給我們換到面對酒店花園的房間，面對酒店花園的房間私人陽台更大，很適合我們這種吸煙者和喜歡在陽台上久坐的人😄房間裏有大衣櫃，冰箱，吹風機都有。還有工作人員幫你把行李箱拿到房間，走的時候也會有工作人員幫你把行李箱拿下來，甚至酒店門口的幾步台階也會有工作人員幫你拿到馬路平地上，非常好☺️酒店有早餐15歐元一個人，酒店還有一個很大的游泳池供所有客人使用，酒店的前台是24小時制很方便，以後再來還會住這裏👍和酒店前台溝通時主動給了我們公交巴士站的時間表很有用，酒店網絡wifi也很好。10月15號下午幫我們辦理入住的前台那位男士工作人員非常好，忘記他的名字了😅感謝感謝，還免費幫我打印了第二天坐船用的郵件👍thank u very much!

The staff are super friendly & welcoming. That makes the experience great!
We stayed on the 4th floor. So a little stairs required to climb (if you have mobility challenges, please request for a floor that have direct lift access).
The compound is beautiful! Especially the view from the balcony is really impressive. We got the room that gets to see the sunset by the sea.
The room is clean. We bumped into the housekeeper & she really cleans (pull out all pillow case & blanket cover) everyday! They change the towels during the room clean up & sun down service.
If you need a kettle, you have to request from the housekeeping. Water from tap is not drinkable. Only 2 bottles of water is provided per evening after 7pm. Otherwise, you have to use the mini bar or call for room service.
Otherwise, it was a beautiful stay.

XXUHotel service is very good, breakfast is a la carte, very rich taste is also good.
But the location of the store is not very good and the view is average. Especially the swimming pool is very small, you can't swim, you can only go down for bubbles. In addition, every time you go to the old town you have to pay 20euro one way, and you have to pay 40euro to go to other beach clubs. The daily transportation fee is very expensive, it is better to live near the old city. The junior suite is in a basement-like place, the room has strange noises, don't book it.

SSarah_dfThe location is very good, walking distance to the town center and Little Venice, there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and car rental companies are on both sides of the street. You can see the beautiful sea view from the room, and the breakfast restaurant also has a sea view, with rich varieties and a very pleasant dining environment. The hot tub is also the finishing touch, very comfortable, the room is fully equipped with slippers, shower caps, toiletries, everything you need, the front desk restaurant service attitude is friendly and enthusiastic, I will choose it again when I come to the island

TTamsyn South AfricaThe hotel location is great. You need to make sure you are in the main hotel. They have 2 sections and one is in a totally different location, aprox 10 min walk up a steep hill. We had a family room in the main hotel next to the pool. The room was lovely and clean, however we had young girls who would come back and walk with high heals in the room above ours at all hours of the night! The sound proofing is not great. The hotel doesn’t provide tea or coffee in the room. The young lady at reception should also not be customer facing, she was so rude on arrival which ruins one’s perception of a hotel before you even walk in the door

WWenWen HoHotel inside very nice and clean, you have the welcome wine on table. Thanks a lot! Staff are helpful and nice. Location not as good as you think, if you don’t have car or pickup services that’s very inconvenient. Hotels inside, the roads terrain extremely high, steep hills almost 45 degrees that if walking that is very danger or inconvenient, must walk slowly. There have 2 restaurants closer, has one just opposite the hotel, another one where you need to walk about 10-15 minutes from the hotel front door. Mykonos all roads very narrow, when u cross over the road must pay 100% attention!

GGuest UserHotel is only 10 min walk to main area of Mykonos, so that was great, and the views were amazing out our room and from the pool. Otherwise I wasn’t super impressed. The breakfast was sp**** and nothing seemed fresh. Coffee machine was not good. The bed was very firm. There wasn’t any shampoo, conditioner or lotion in bathroom. I had packed light and not brought these things so I had to either buy or do without. We were reminded every single hour the morning of checkout about what time checkout was, we were well aware and this seemed pushy.
For the price and a last minute booking, it was fine but probably would not stay there again if I had more time in advance to plan.
