"Reasonably easy to find(arrived pm from rail station), welcome on arrival as expected for a 1 night stay pleasant, room clean plenty of towels, walk to Centre along front very pleasant (unfortunately it rained heavily caught taxi easily in city pleasant driver) therefore we couldn't explore the town more. Bed comfy breakfast satisfactory, plenty of choice. Airport bus stop outside of hotel. Ideal place for a stay in Alicante"

While we only had a room for one night as usual Eurostars Lucentum was right up there. We we're given a superior double room with a king-size bed, the bathroom was huge & catered for all our needs. We did not eat at this property but would 100% recommend to family and friends.

Reception staffs are not very friendly so our first impression of this hotel is not that great. Given it is a Marriott hotel, we expected more. Hotel is just opposite the bus stop, 10 minutes walk from the train station and around 15 minutes walk from the city centre so it is quite convenient.

The stay went well. The staff was pleasant despite some difficulty understanding their French. The food was average, and the descriptions of the dishes were lacking. We were very disappointed with the takeaway breakfast we ordered on the morning of our departure. We had specified a vegetarian option, but we received a ham sandwich, a can of pâté, and a can of tuna 🤣🤣🤣 Yes, tuna, pâté, and ham! When you ask for a vegetarian breakfast, you're bound to lose it!

Everything was overall nice, though a bit pricey, perhaps because of the holidays. The reception works 24/7, which is very convenient. The location is great, just a short walk from the central beach. For about $11.50 you can get a buffet breakfast, which is really good value. The room itself was rather small for the price, but generally fine. Most of the food is served in the restaurant around the corner, which has a lovely view of the church. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Chain hotels have their service standards. Nothing to complain about the room cleanliness and services. Location is indeed good. Literally a stone throw to the pier and airport bus station. BUT the room windows are not sound-proof so dont expect no noise before 1am each night.

Our stay at this hotel was unparalleled. We travel a lot and often stay in hotels and on cruise ships, but rarely have we been so satisfied. There was absolutely nothing to complain about and no shortcomings whatsoever. The staff were very friendly, especially the two Christians at reception and the bar/bistro/restaurant, Monica at reception, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. 5 out of 5 stars and 100/100 points in every respect. A beautiful, bright hotel with a sea view, breakfast for €9.50, dinner for €16, both excellent, very high quality, and superb staff. We would love to come back and book again immediately!

Got the room towards the back (It has a large balcony, but the sea view is really just very partial) Still, the room, was spotless clean. Beds were ok comfy, not great, not terrible. Bathroom was newly renovated, very nice shower. Aircon (for heating) worked very well. No fridge (just for those really wanting one) Location is good, 5min from Tram stops, 3min from the beach. Overall, a solid no nonsense hotel. 3* Superior is correctly classified.

The amenities are good and the staff friendly and ready to help. The only thing disappointing was the breakfast. They serve Spanish omelette that is frozen and then cooked, it's terrible, no taste, it's it's like eating a wet sponge. Same for the scramble eggs.

Good priced , clean place , nicely located. Very accommodating. Only issue we encountered is the canteen staff did not speak English and with our full board chosen as an extra it was buffet at times and ordering from the menu and times, so with the language barrier it just made things abit difficult. If it had a buffet for all breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place would be perfect for a get away and stay. Even though the staff were polite and friendly.
