Yes, a total of five rooms were set, one of which was free for an extra bed for the little ones. There is an additional charge for parking, and there is a very small swimming pool on the roof. The foreigner is watching the sun very seriously.

Excellent room on the 4th floor, comfy bed and pillows. Bath with shower over it. Clean, neat and tidy. Quiet - not disturbed by any noise from neighbouring rooms. TV in room with the usual selection of radio and tv stations - only 1 English language news station (Bloomberg) it would have been nice to have an alternative such as BBC World or CNN. Excellent and plentiful buffet breakfast. Room cleaning staff were lovely as were the breakfast room staff and the reception team too. Ironing board and iron available on request. The hotel is centrally situated within easy strolling distance of the beach, promenade, Santa Barbara Castle, San Fernando Castle, shops, bars and restaurants. A walkable distance to the bus station and railway station - though I wouldn't choose to undertake either walk with lots of luggage. Travelled mid September and would stay here again.

Excellent
We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were a good size and had a fridge, tea kettle and the usual bathroom amenities. They were clean and quiet. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. We had dinner there one evening and it was quite good. The buffet breakfast was fine and had a good variety of food. The hotel is not near the area where much of the restaurants, shops and beaches are so we needed to take taxis but it wasn’t too expensive to get there. We did use the parking garage. I have to say that the garages in hotels in Europe are challenging at times. We were driving an SUV and there are some tight spaces to get around. But the parking wasn’t too expensive and there were always spaces available.
JJenny.zhouxiaoyanThe hotel position is good.It just took me few minutes walking to the beach & port.of course theSanbaba Castle is very near.it's very very close to train station.there's roof top sunshine chairs.u can go to the top to enjoy sunshine.
but the room is a little old.the towels are too old too dark.I suggest to change the towels.or I have to bring towels by myself.
GGuest UserSpent a week here in February 2022. It’s position is perfect for the bars and restaurants, and everything going on. Check in was 10/10. All the staff were polite efficient and welcoming. Our room was spotless and was cleaned to perfection every day. The bed was comfy and decor was very tasteful. Good size shower and bathroom. Lovely roof terrace with amazing views. The buffet breakfast was good. Nice choice and I liked the fact that the coffee machine produced hot coffee. Covid restrictions were observed The only issue was that because it’s in the middle of everything we were woken up a few times during the weekend nights very early mornings due to it being a lively area. There’s no pool or bar but it’s so near the beach and restaurants that you won’t miss it. I would recommend this hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a clean, comfortable stay
GGuest UserWe stayed the last three nights at this hotel. We stayed exactly 10 years ago in a Level Suite with sea and beach views. Beware that on this side are some suites with really small balconies. We did stay in one of them. This time we chose the marina view. All suites on this side have huge balconies. Also, you will get stunning sunsets. However, during the daytime, it can be too hot to sit on the balcony. The marina side is much sunnier. Our suite on the 4th floor has been recently renovated because it had modern decor. There were two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a tub. This 5-floor hotel is big with over 100 rooms per floor. The breakfast was quite crowded at 10:00. On the last morning, we went at 8:00 and it was pleasantly calm. The food selection is very wide. Our stay had a good value for the paid 153 euros per night (plus a total of 8.000 Melia points). This rate was flexible and included breakfast.
GGuest UserBasic but clean accommodation. A bit of a longer walk into the centre than I thought but easily done. Kettle available but no tea/coffee etc so a bit pointless, although I had taken a couple of coffee sachets so it wasn’t bad for us. Room cleaned daily and clean towels daily which was nice. Great if you’re driving and need a parking space and quick to get to from the airport with a bus stop right outside. Reception staff were polite and welcoming. We just wanted a base and somewhere to sleep for a short break.
Basic hotel, think premier Inn, but no tea/coffee facilities in the room. No decor, no view. Better, fresher, breakfasts available down the street, for much better value too. Good location though. Alot of smoke smell throughout the hotel. Would not recommend or return. Booked in a hurry so should have read more reviews than the first 5. Unlike me, a bit annoyed at myself. First room smelt of smoke, so immediately went back to reception and given another room. We were out all day, but would not have wanted to spend anymore time in the room, than to sleep. Nice breakfast lobby area though, good job as no where to sit in the room.
My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The reception staff were really friendly and allowed us to check in early, we stayed in building number 5, with a view of one of there many pools on site. The room was okay, they are so spacious ideal for a family or a group of friends, the rooms are just very outdated, the place could really do with some refurbishing and improvements, the rooms look like they were built in 1995 and they have not been updated sense, they are very outdated. I can only give the cleanliness a 3/5 there was a lot of dust in our room, and our balcony was covered in a lot of debris from the trees, which sounds silly but it could have been easily cleaned up before we checked into apartment. it was good value for money so you are getting what you paid for I guess, but it could be so much more if they just took better care of the property. the pools are nice, and the bar was okay, food was not amazing and service was slow. it takes about 10-15mins to get into Alicante city by taxi, there is no other way to get in unless you drive yourself. overall we did not have a bad experience here, it just was not our cup of tea, would not return.
EEVA OLIVIAThe room is good and there is a balcony with a nice view. It’s a lot to eat when you go out nearby, but be careful with the bunch of restaurants that lie to tourists. There is a small supermarket in the next street. It is a daily necessities for Chinese people to buy. The service is very slow and slow, although it seems to be an effort (?) but it really needs to be improved. And the elevator is the most troublesome thing I remember. I have to wait a long time. Once I waited, I would like to climb the stairs to climb a dozen layers.....
We arrived very late in the night. The hotel entrance was inviting and the lobby was clean and pretty decent. The hotel check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. She checked us in and even assisted us with getting a hot meal despite how late it was. We then proceeded to find our room. The first thing we noticed was that the hallway on the floor was poorly lit, but we were tired so we jut cheked for our room and went it. On entering the room, it smelt unpleasant. There was a smell of old dust. We then went inside the bathroom. That was an awful experience. The toilet had dried urination stains, the shower vent was filled with dust and the bathroom wasn't fresh. We then tried to turn on the television and it wouldnt work. We called the front desk and the check-in staff offered to come to our room. She broguth a new remote to asisst with the television. We complained about the room and asked if we could be moved. She said the room we got was for disabled persons and hadnt been used in a while ( which was obvious) but it also wasnt clean. She offered to try and get us into a new room the next day for which we were grateful. We tried to endure but had trouble sleeping because the air conditioner was filled with dust. We eventually fell asleep and by the net morning I couldnt breathe. My nose was stuffy and I felt like i was choking on dust. We decided to just check out early and find another place as at this point we just had enough. We checked out and were told that we would receive a refund for the remaining nights we did not stay. We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 1. A week after we checked out , we receievd an email stating that they will not refund the nights that we did not stay without valid explanation. Highly disappointing! Defintiely won't go back.
MMorten L PWe have visited the hotel twice, and sorry to say - we will never come back. The hotel has some loyalty clubs – which we joined at our previous stay. At that time this was new to everybody, and the hotel had a hard time explaining the rules. Now, 18 months later, they still don’t know how this should work. This time, after complaining several times, we were granted 5% of our stay as promised as “points to be spend at the hotel”. But most of the staff don’t know how it works: We were rejected twice in the bar when trying to use our points, and finally we had to use it in the Spa instead, which was indeed not part of our plans. Even in the Spa, after making an appointment through the reception, we were rejected by the first employee we met. But we ended up being allowed to use our points. During all this, we have tried to get in touch with management. But management in this hotel is invisible, they don’t seem to care about their guests at all. Since our last visit, the hotel has closed their fitness room, the restaurant is (permanently?) closed, the outdoor swimming pool is occupied by ducks – and nobody cares about removing duck droppings in the water. You cannot book any bill from the bar or Spa to your room – nevertheless they demand a credit card upon check in. Should we say something positive – if you play golf, it is close to the golf course, and the employees in the undermanned reception do their best.
