Amazing
NNaslamenaceOne of the best hotels in Port Ghalib, if not the best. It lives up to its name “palace” quite aptly.
Pleasantly surprised by the kindness, gentleness and availability of the staff.
The all inclusive is rather stunning. Even during the day at the beach you are served on your deckchair.
The food is quite repetitive but it is so abundant and differentiated that you can eat different things every day. However, I think that for trips of two weeks or more this could be a problem.
Small downside for the spa. Prices are at the customer's discretion. I imagine that the owner(s) of the spa are different from the hotel. Ultimately I didn’t subscribe to any treatment.
I would go back.
YyokojsJust back from Egypt and spent the last 5 days here, highly recommended!
We arrived on Jan 6 and by chance the dinner was promoted due to east European festival, had really extraordinary experiences. The food of course in the other days were good as well of course. :-)
The private beach is cool, excellent for the snorkeling. The water was not very cold and I was kind of weak therefore got wet suit, so everything is fine.
And do ask the lifeguard where the sea cow is!
Actually there could be many programs to have a day trip or so, in the hotel there are also plenty programs to join in like Yoga and beach volleyball. They have nearly live show also everyday. While I preferred to enjoy 3 meals, beach and go snorkelling since it is fantastic for me already. :P
Moreover, the team of Hilton Marsa Alam is great. Ashraf, Hussein, and team helped me a lot, and they are super nice and ready for help all the time. The room is super clean and I was promoted to a sea-view huge room and the bed is over 2 meters I think it is a Cleopatra bed :DDD
By the way you could take GoBus to arrive the hotel if you do not need much to take taxi or so.
Or like us, we came actually from Luxor and took a ride (private pickup truck, 2ppl 50 egyptian pound) near Marsa Alam to the hotel. I guess not many chose our way.
Again, highly recommended.
And thank you so much, I wish I could be there soon.
111wx11All aspects of the hotel are quite satisfactory, the sister store facilities cannot be shared, so the hotel area is not large, in terms of cost performance, it is not as good as other hotels booked in Massa, the restaurant is also more general, but sitting outdoor atmosphere is very good at night, activities are more, diving in the morning is better, The water is easy to turbid in the afternoon, the walkway of the hotel and other sister stores is very comfortable, in short, it is not bad but not particularly good.
GGuest UserThe room conditions are very average, the food is mainly based on Egyptian food culture, the highlight of the hotel is that the corals on the beach are very beautiful, you don't need to go out to sea for snorkeling, you can walk to snorkel and see turtles and dugongs, the price of Ctrip is a bit expensive, it is not recommended to place an order with Ctrip
GGuest UserThis is a lovely little hotel thay offers a beautiful sea and 2 lovely pools..
It is small and compact, you can go for a lovely walk along the sea upto the mangrove and see amazing wildlife, there are a lot of eagles flying around which I enjoy..
The hotel itself is far out so quite a drive out but I wouldnt let that put me off..
I have visited this hotel twice now and would visit again but I would only stay maybe 4 nights...
The downfall of this hotel is the food, I find they have very limited choice and the food has no taste for me at all, this might not be the opinion of every guest but for both me and my husband we found it hard to enjoy any meals...having said thay we would always fill our tummy's with something but for me the food is a huge part of enjoying my vacation, so this is the reason I would only stay a few nights..
Mmohamed montaserVery good hotel
Clean rooms
Check-in and check-out process was perfect
Pools and aqoa were amazing but there is no deep pool all the pool is 90cm hight which is not good for me.
The food variety is limited in some meals
The animation team is very good at night but not very active in the morning.
I would like to thank MR kerolous from the receiption team and MR Adel rhe head of food and beverages for their professionalism and their politly way.
Thank you and I will come back again
