I would like to share my mixed experience during my stay at your hotel. First and foremost, I want to emphasize that the hotel itself, in terms of accommodation and cleanliness, was satisfactory. The rooms were well-equipped and clean, making my stay comfortable. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was friendly and inviting. However, I must express my disappointment with the animation and entertainment at the hotel. The daily animation was monotonous and repeated each day, leading to a certain monotony. The same music in the morning and evening did not contribute to a diverse atmosphere. The poor stage lighting made it additionally challenging to clearly see the performers and their costumes due to the very bright screen. Just 15 minutes after the show, waiters took glasses from our hands and removed chair cushions, leaving a somewhat rushed impression. Regarding the food, the quality was overall mediocre. The fish, however, was a commendable exception and pleasantly surprised my palate. Unfortunately, beef often contained tendons and cartilage. The drinks were in line with the typical Egyptian style, but it seemed to be more economical beverages embellished with a slice of lemon. Overall, my stay at Pick Albatros was a mix of positives and negatives. I hope my feedback contributes to improving the experiences of future guests.
