Hotel service attitude is good

Living in a family room, a big bed, a small bed, a sofa bed, the room is small, the facilities are relatively simple, there is a small swimming pool outside, good night in the middle of the night, there is reception, 30 minutes walk from the city about.

The hotel is right next to the station, it is very convenient to travel, there is a hospital opposite. The facilities here are very complete, especially for the cooking, oil, salt, vinegar and other seasonings, which are very user-friendly.

The unit is adequate for my family of six for a 3-night stay. Basic necessities are generally met, and the overall stay was acceptable. However, there were several maintenance and usability issues that affected comfort. Some air-conditioning remotes were faulty or missing batteries, requiring us to swap between rooms to find working ones. The telephone/RJ45 connection head was also broken and left dangling, with wiring not properly connected, which gave a poor impression of upkeep. In terms of sleeping comfort, the beds are quite soft and the pillows offer very little support. The positioning of the electrical wall outlets behind the bed also made it inconvenient, as we had to shift the bed forward to access the sockets. For kitchen use, it would be helpful to provide basic dishwashing supplies such as a small bottle of dishwashing liquid and a sponge, especially when only a few items are used in the dishwasher. On a positive note, the bathroom facilities are in good condition. Water pressure is strong and hot water is consistently available, which made showers comfortable. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is clear room for improvement in maintenance and basic guest amenities.

The building is a little older but the staff do their best to keep it clean and tidy. We informed Mr Mike Scott of our room aircon condition and he immediately helped us to check and changed to another room #17 for us. Thank you so much. The accommodation provides everything that you will need for a family holidays from the pool, complete kitchen, to the laundry facilities. It is very convenient and accessible to all places via DiDi, Uber and public buses. Thank you Mr Mike Scott and team!

The facilities are too poor. I live on the first floor and found that the blinds were not closed tightly at night, so all the light leaked in. The lights in the yard were so bright that I couldn't sleep all night.

The only regrettable hotel in Australia and New Zealand. Let me talk about the advantages firstly: it is close to the beach, only a few minutes walk, you can walk, no beach, and the sea water is cloudy. Walk to the city center for about half an hour and there are buses. Besides the disadvantages: the hotel is old, the Wi-Fi signal is often not available, the room is crammed, the kitchen operation table is next to the bed, and you have to be very careful when washing. There was also a striking warning-1,000 fines for triggering a smoke alarm. The swimming pool downstairs was completely unused, with leaves and unknown objects floating in it. The most frustrating thing is that the ants on the wall are all in the tea cup after returning for a while. At night I crawled into my neck! Will not go again.

Because I want to transfer from Cairns to Bamaga, I booked this hotel. I am optimistic that it is relatively close to the airport, about 5 kilometers. The room is quite big, less than 30 square meters, and the price-performance ratio is relatively high. The hotel before arrival Through my customer service, I informed the key pick-up code and the code of the hotel door, because the hotel door is locked after 0:00 to 5:30 in the morning, but I have to leave early because of the early flight. The room here was good but we decided quite quickly to leave as the regular clientele were getting noisier and it was only 4pm.There were a lot of people loitering and apparently they were asked to leave by management. Also had a family member who had booked a room only to be told his room had an issue with the plumbing and it was suggested he sleep in our room, we should have left then in retrospect not 1 1/2 later
