"This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!"

"staying with the family here is very pleasant.the atmosphere is comfortable and quiet,suitable for a family holiday.the rooms are clean and tidy,the facilities are complete,and the view from the hotel area is very beautiful,especially in the morning and evening. the staff service is friendly and eager to help,from check-in to check-out feels comfortable.the breakfast is quite varied and tastes good,kids also like it. Strategic location and easy to go anywhere. Overall very satisfied, definitely want to come back to stay here next time.👍"

"Overall had a great stay as a couple here for 2N. Location is pretty good with a lot of local attractions nearby like Museum Angkut and Jatim Park. The hotel also has a rooftop bar and lounge with a great view of surrounding mountains and pretty lights at night. One thing can be improved is the amenities provided, we don't even know which one is shampoo or soap, there's no label and both liquid were super watery with bright colors.."

"Proses cek in cepat tanpa kendala tanpa deposit dan petugas FO sangat ramah. Fasilitas kamar perlu peremajaan seperti cat dinding, sprei kasur yang mulai usang dan handuk yang berlubang, remote AC yang tidak bisa digunakan cuma karena musim dingin akhirnya tidak menggunakan AC. Untuk pool berfungsi normal dan cukup bersih, menu sarapan sudah cukup dan sudah direfill jika habis. Cek out cepat tanpa kendala dan tanpa cek kamar."

"I really like the room, it's very homey, it's good, the atmosphere is just when I come again, the construction is a bit noisy. The downside is that there is no tissue in the toilet and there are rat pups on the balcony. But it doesn't reduce the comfort of sleeping anyway. The hotel staff is very friendly. "It's a bit overrated as 4 star hotel. For their apartment/family room maybe, but not their normal rooms, the worst is their nusantara theme rooms. Location is superb ONLY for them who wants to go to jatim park 3 (Dino Park). Otherwise, there are other hotels that have better location and view (and other amenities). Dont get easily influenced by those vlogger/youtuber/tiktoker/influencer for this hotel."

"This accommodation is my go to whenever i have a trip to Batu. The staffs are very friendly and helpful all the way from the entrance to the dining. The room is clean, spacious and comfy. The greeneries and the landscape is awesome and relaxing. Being in Batu, the swimming pool's water is also fresh! There are plenty of eateries and even some late night snacks within walking distance. 10/10 will come back again!"
