"Yes, hotel is nearby a shopping centre, however the roads are busy, to cross the road (front and left) can be a challenge esp w small children. I felt this hotel is heavily advertise by social media influencers, i dont get what they advertise. cleanliness is ok. THE POOL is sad. the breakfast buffet is meh. AND NO ONE FAIL TO MENTION that the nearby mosque will play recitation (pretty LOUD) at 4am daily."

"the atmosphere should be quite beautiful,it feels like in the middle of the mini forest However, the room hygiene can be improved. Because on the pillow there is dirt ... there are geckos, ulats, frogs, full bugs ... but understandable because it is natural feeling I tried to take breakfast, but it turned out that the menu was set: fried rice. The taste is enough. I already reminded 1 serving to ask for vegetarian, good directly when checking in and passing by, but still the ones who come have chicken meat. Stayed for 2 days at El Royal. The location is very strategic, close to Jatim Park 2, in front of souvenir shops and a mosque. Complete facilities include a large grass field for playing soccer, a playground (indoor and outdoor), a mini trampoline, a swimming pool, a fish pond, and kids' activities. The food is varied and quite tasty. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The only downside is that the heater is difficult to adjust and can sometimes be too hot. Overall, it's very comfortable, and I would recommend to stay here again

Strategic location, clean rooms, For food, there is not a buffet every day, so it depends on the people staying, if there are not many people, the food will be delivered to the room, it doesn't match the price of the room which is around 500 thousand more/night, and if it is a buffet or delivered, it is informed in the morning or evening to call the room, so it is very disturbing to rest, especially since the telephone is on the TV table, not close to the bed, as a result, if there is a call, you have to stand in front of the TV, so you go back and forth and it is very ineffective.

During our stay every night they have event and the music was distrubing untuil 10 PM on the lasdt day on saturday until mid night. The foods ok the have various meals , the service is good

The villa is nice, spacious too, cm in the kitchen cupboard is a bit dirty as if it has never been cleaned. There are 2 zincs, one of which is blocked. For the staff service is okay. Breakfast is varied, interesting and delicious.

Saya pernah menginap di hotel ini tahun 1997, namun sampai saat ini Sangat terpelihara property hotel nya. Hotel nya bersih dan nyaman. Hanya perlu ada koridor dari hotel ke main lobby sehingga tidak basah kalau saat hujan karena tempat makannya berada di main lobby.

I'm writing this review based on facts, guys... This was my first time at the Azana hotel, and whether it was a coincidence or not, my stay was very uncomfortable because: 1. The lights kept going out, especially in the late afternoon/early evening (3rd floor). 2. The AC was probably dirty and needed cleaning, causing water to leak like a faucet, even if only for a short time, it was a strong gush. 3. The key card wouldn't open the door at night, meaning I had to go back down to the lobby. 4. There was no elevator access, so I had to carry my sleeping second child up and down the stairs. 5. The electricity went out at 11:30 AM, before check-out time, making packing hot and uncomfortable. 6. Parking was limited for both cars and motorcycles. 7. The hot water only worked for a short while. Sorry about this, but I'm just giving an honest review based on my experience, with no intention to badmouth or anything else. Thank you! 🤗

Location is great however you cannot get views of the mountains if you are staying on the first floor. You can get yo alunalun batu by foot which is great for dinner and snacks in the evening. Great breakfast is also available and accessible by foot from this hotel.
