What a lovely hotel !! For the price I paid I was very impressed with the hotel and the service. Very clean, plenty of staff. Room spotless and new and bright. Shower marvelous, as was breakfast. They kept my bag for me so I could have a wander around before my train home. Superb. Will definitely stay again. Bath was beautiful in sunset.

The location is just a few minutes walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It’s conveniently close to local attractions and shops. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is decent.

Excellent location, right in the centre. Very clean and modern hotel, lovely sitting area in the lobby. Room was cosy and modern with a big TV. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. Shower was powerful. Breakfast was adequate. We parked at the nearby car park that was £20.

Location is good. Walking distance to train station, Roman Baths and restaurants. Breakfast is good.

The positives of this hotel are ideal location, room cleanliness, comfortable bed and helpful staff. The only negative is car park a bit far from the hotel.

On initially looking to stay in Bath the room was quoted at £154 .After looking around and coming back the price had gone up to £204 .Despite trying this seemed to be fixed , "or should I say a fix " I'm very unhappy about this as my comittments couldn't be changed although I was quite happy with the hotel itself . Note the shower gel had run out and the shower hand unit was not functioning . I've noted prices are now again offered at a lower price . For these reasons I will await you reply before posting negative reviews on trip adviser etc . Andrew Foster

The location is perfect, close to Thermae and Pulteney bridge. We stayed here for my fiance’s birthday and I told the hotel beforehand about the event and they left a handwritten birthday card and 2 cupcakes in our room, a very nice touch. Everything went smooth, breakfast was excellent, there’s a waffle station were you can make your own waffles from scratch. Stayed in a King Room, big bed, soundproofed room, 50” TV, everything you’d ask for a 4-star hotel. We’ll stay again on our next visit to Bath

Located very close to Bath Spa train station, the Bath Forum and all amenities. Good breakfast and the staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much for them. The rooms are very clean. Will definitely go again as we really enjoyed everything about Bath. Thank you 😊

The room is clean and close city center

The hotel was in a great location. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but everything else was fine. Breakfast was included and was great. Definitely recommend.

Staff was not friendly, rooms phone were not working, no room service available, hairs in breakfast
