I am so glad that I saw the notice or we would have arrived to a closed door with nowhere to stay, late on a sunday night."

Was a good stay but I wouldn’t say it wowed me and felt staff could’ve been more attentive. Also lack of room service, evening snacks, fridge, tv channels, alternative pillows etc. also hotel said they didn’t receive my special requests I’ve added to the trip booking which meant the birthday we were celebrating was overlooked."

"Great stay in the heart of the National Park with information and staff support to help us get the most out of our stay. Staff went out of their way to give is access information and encourage us to do the bit extra. A pity the hostel did not serve evening meals but there was easy access to the self catering kitchen where it was very busy but everyone helped each other. There were two good pubs in the village as well which did very good meals. We borrowed a mobility scooter from the local hotel which they hold on behalf of the National Park but it is important to book it through Debbie North at "Access to the Dales.com" but we were able to get it straight away as it wasn't already booked."

Top us up.cleanee our rooms and gave us everything we asked for as a customer. Never ever did they let us down. Would recommend staying here so you can visit Blackpool from here, get Asian food locally. Shops locally, visit Manchester and bury arcades for the kids. A good place to stay central and go other cities very easily. Good parks locally and Darwen tower."
