"We booked through Agoda and as per picture it was smart room and large enough to accommodate three guest comfortably. The front office manager mr.Uzair or Uday was very rude, impolite, and full of attitude and does not fit to be in the hospitable business. We were senior citizens but he made us wait for hours after 12 midday and showed us the smaller and dirtier rooms which we were reluctant. However he showed us the room finally which fitted the image on MMT and Agoda known as smart room. The room itself was dirty, the electrical sockets were loose and coming out of the wall, the room had cockroaches and mosquitoes and the toilet was dirty. The front office manager in question called this as upgraded room and had the attitude to argue. It was a very bad experience of the staff at the front office esp the manager."

"I had to travel to Bareilly on short notice and I booked two rooms in this hotel on my way there as it happened to be quite near to the place where I had business. On our arrival we found the Reception to be under renovation. The Club room was small but clean, the bath was also clean. The room service was prompt. The restaurant menu had exorbitant prices, so ordered dinner through Swiggy. The complimentary breakfast was good though it was a limited menu through room service, no buffet. A pleasant surprise was Morning newspaper at our door and handing over of water bottles for use in travel at the time of checking out. A suggestion; towel quality can be improved."
