We are delighted that you appreciated the unique character of our hotel and the chain it belongs to, as well as the special benefit of free admission to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities in Barcelona with your stay voucher. However, we regret that your experience in other areas did not meet your expectations. Our guest room design strives to maximize the limited space, spending a lot of time on optimization. Regarding ventilation issues, we do limit the opening of certain windows for safety reasons. However, if guests require it, we will be happy to open it for you. As for cleaning standards, our hygiene team cleans rooms every morning and, if necessary, morning and evening to ensure the rooms are tidy. The coffee machine and hot water kettle services we provide should meet the needs of guests in a timely manner. We deeply apologize for this omission.
