The receptionist said that you are informed before booking that this is possible only on the availability limit. THEN WHY DO YOU CONFIRM IT, IF THERE’S NO DOUBLE BED ROOMS LEFT?!? Also, I couldn’t find that information being shared anywhere during the booking process. We felt tricked…"

"The hotel's location is excellent, with the subway station and airport bus terminal right downstairs and nearby. The most unique feature of the hotel is its historical elevator, which is an old-fashioned, open-gate elevator that allows you to see outside. The room size was very small, and the shower head in the bathroom leaked. The room didn't really have a window; a small window on the left side overlooked the next room, and another small window faced an air shaft, so there was basically no sunlight. What's worth praising is that after checking out, I returned to the hotel to pick up my luggage and mentioned that I had forgotten some drinks and snacks in the fridge. I wasn't too bothered if I couldn't get them back, as they weren't expensive items. However, the staff went above and beyond to help me search for them, and they actually found them! It turned out the housekeeping staff had already packed them in a plastic bag. This was truly amazing! They didn't just help because the items were valuable; they simply helped because I asked."

Hotel is clean and nice and along a busy shopping street near chanel dior etc. which is good for buying and keeping it back quickly to prevent any potential losses."

The hotel's public areas were grandly designed, and the cleanliness and maintenance lived up to InterContinental standards. It's suitable for both leisure and business stays, and I would highly recommend it."
