Shower is beside the bed, no hanger or so, so need to take off all clothes to enter, bad for having a roommate in the room. Only plus point is the location, many buses and metro just 1-3mins walk. Near some attractions too. However due to the noise and the bad smell, , I will never return."

"The hotel is great: conveniently located to the Barcelona Airport, modern and clean and the breakfast is outstanding! More training or direction is needed for the driver for the shuttle service from the airport. We were left behind on two shuttle runs and waited for 1.5 hours to finally get picked up. The shuttle did not arrive in the location we were told to wait, and as he was in a different pick-up point, the driver should have walked to the location where we were or at least called out loudly to be sure he caught the attention of people going to the Alexandre Frontair Congress hotel. We were terribly disappointed to have to wait so long for the airport transfer. Also, there was NO Air Conditioning on the shuttle bus in 35 degree temperatures."
