Four Points by Sheraton Bansko Reviews

I have a special experience with this hotel. So I am staying for 2 nights. On the first night, they gave me a disabled room instead of what I had booked. I have tried to speak to the receptionist but have been told that it is fully booked, so they are not able to provide the room type that I booked. When I checked in, they did not mention anything about that. So I would advise to double check when you get into your room.I have talked to trip.com, and they informed me that the hotel has actually upgraded my room with a balcony. But I don't actually use the balcony and I would like to get the room type that I booked because that is what I need. So trip.com has sorted it out for me with the hotel manager and they agreed to change the room for me on the second night. I would say the room that I booked is much more bigger than the room that I stayed on the first night. There are pictures for both room below. I am glad that trip.com can sort this out for me and the hotel has changed it for me. Otherwise I probably will make a complaint about that. So, I am quite satisfied about sorting out the query. The room is clean in general. However, the pillow is not comfortable at all. A basic selection of breakfast. Location is quite good as it is only 5 to 10 minutes walk to ski schools and the resort. It is close to the restaurant as well. Staff are good, but I found a bit difficult to communicate in English. They can speak English, but I would say only basic conversation. The ski school in the hotel is too expensive. Although they said it is a VIP course but you can found somewhere cheaper in about 5 minutes walk.

Lovely and cozy

The hotel was recently renovated, the lobby is nice with the stuff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for a 4 star hotel and overall we enjoyed our stay.

We really liked the hotel. The lobby is decorated comfortably and it is very pleasant to be there. Well-equipped gym. The spa center has various types of saunas, you can take robes in the rooms, the only pity is that there is no jacuzzi. The hotel is located in the city center, not far from the gondola.

Very standard. The room facilities are complete. Very clean. The parking fee is acceptable. 40 euros for 24 hours. The surrounding area is also very convenient. It has everything you need. The price/performance ratio is also very good

New, clean hotel. Good breakfast with very tasty croissants and cappuccino. The spa area is also excellent, open until 8 pm.

The hotel is very new, with clean, tidy and comfortable rooms. The location is excellent, with the business district just outside the door, making shopping and dining very convenient. It is about 300 meters away from the cable car station and there is a large free parking lot next to it. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located at the best place to approach the town. Newly renovated although the rooms are rather small. The service is exceptional.

We had a wonderful family stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bansko. The staff were very welcoming and our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly quiet at night. We truly appreciated the upgrade to our room — thank you for this thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the center of Bansko, making it easy to explore. Considering the quality of service, comfort, and location, it’s also great value for money. If we ever come back to Bansko, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great location right in the hub of the town, a lovely hotel friendly staff the room was great as was the breakfast, no complaints.  · Only one bug bear on the weekend they had a BBQ on their terrace but no restaurant for the rest of the week?
