"Everything service wise was amazing. from the check-in to check out all was very easy and smooth. There was a small little issue with the room I was given at check-in, but again the service was incredible to where I was accommodated accordingly, and put into a good room where I was happy. I wasn’t there for long. It was just a night stay, but definitely will book again.👌🏽👌🏽 Keep up the good work ."

"Receptionist was very helpful. Place was clean. Guests get a little noisy around 2am all 3 nights I stayed but not a big deal. On Trip reservations, it said that breakfast was included but they don’t serve breakfast in this location. That’s the only complaint I have."

"The location of the hotel is not very good. At first, the room was allocated on the side near the highway. The noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. I called the front desk at 12:30 in the middle of the night and changed to the opposite room before I fell asleep. The sanitary conditions are very good, the facilities are quite new, the breakfast is average, and overall the hotel is okay if there is no noise."

"I have never seen such a bad hotel in my life. It is like the motels under the highway in American movies, where they can be robbed and shot at any time. The sheets were washed, but there were yellow stains on them. The sheets had not been ironed and were wrinkled. The shower in the toilet (can't be called a toilet, because it doesn't fit) is installed under the roof of a slope. I really don't understand how the platform can allow this kind of motel to be recommended to consumers on its website. I stayed for 3 minutes and then decided to change hotels overnight. I would rather burn the midnight oil than stay in this kind of hotel. The hotel only has two floors. When my daughter and I went upstairs, we passed by the rooms on the first floor. The doors of two or three rooms were open, and the black people inside looked out of the rooms to see us passing by. I did two things in the room. One was to book another hotel online immediately, and the other was to use the complaint platform. So far, no one from the platform has contacted me. I guess I have collected the money anyway and other things are not important‼ ️"

"Hotel was very clean, located in a nice area of Banning. On our first night we couldn’t sleep cause of noisy traffic, freeway 10 is right behind the hotel and noisy AC. The next day we didn’t hear the noice cause we were tired. Also, it would be nice if the hotel manager could include a small coffee maker"
