Nice hotel with good location. Really comfy beds and clean room. Breakfast is also good. For the price it is a top hotel. I can only recommend.

We had a rest together with my daughter in a superior room with breakfasts from 10/07/24 to 10/10/24. We chose the hotel based on the following criteria: not old, possibility to get from the airport by public transport, proximity to the historical center, budget option, good reviews. True Siam Rangnam Hotel meets all the listed requirements. From Suvarnabhumi Airport we went by metro to the Ratchaprarop stop, then walked to the hotel according to the attached scheme. The room is spacious, clean, quiet, has everything you need: air conditioning, kettle, bottled water, hair dryer, safe, toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel), slippers (rubber). The beds are wide enough, comfortable. The hotel interiors and facades are made in the national Thai style, beautiful, we liked it. Very cozy restaurant, where we went for breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff. There is a swimming pool on the top floor, you can take towels at the reception to visit it. The water is clean and pleasant. In the evening we admired the city lights. Breakfasts were quite satisfactory, there are egg dishes, vegetables, fruits, meat dishes, coffee. In the rain, we took umbrellas at the reception. In my assessment, I took off one star for the lack of services stated on the trip.com website: currency exchange and tour booking service. We needed these services, but they refused us, unfortunately. Otherwise, we were satisfied with the hotel. We recommend

I booked a hotel for me and my partner and my parents. The location is very good. BTS to Ratchaprarop is 10-15mins walk and another BTS station that is less than 10mins walk. There’s 7 eleven nearby if you fancy to have night snacks. There’s also malls of around 20-25mins walk: the Platinum, The Market, The big C and Central world. The hotel was clean and they clean your room every day. The area is quiet as well. The design of the hotel is very traditional which I really liked. There is a pool at the top floor. However, we didn’t manage to use it as we always end up going back to the hotel late. The pool closes at 7pm. The room size is big. We had king size beds. There’s a small fridge. Breakfast was included in our booking. Breakfast is buffet type. The food was amazing! So many to choose from. There’s rice, fried rice, pancake, hash brown, fruits, corn and choco flakes, sausage and many more! The internet was good as well. Over all, it was a really good choice! I would recommend and will book again if ever I’m going back to Bangkok. 😁

I have lived in the hotel for 4 nights and I will say, some of drawbacks are shown but it has potential to be better. I lived in one of rooms at 2/F Block B. The first impression to this hotel is quit standard, cozy bed and washroom, have mini fridge and locker. But the problems remain, the TV and WiFi. Firstly, the TV router always disconnects with the TV and I cannot watch a whole movie😅😅And then WiFi, it’s tricky. Each wifi network in the hotel area is supposed to cover each floor. For example, I lived in 2/F Block B so I could get access of WiFi named “TrueSiam_FL.2B”. However, while connecting the WiFi, that’s really slow as not expected, even I watch YouTube in 480p resolutions and still laggy☠️I asked receptionist to resolve the issue and she said cannot help for it😭😭I mean for real??? Some minor problems, like noise cancellation and old wardrobe are not resolved. TBH I was not satisfied with the experience living here, until I enjoy the swimming pool which is super cozyyy. Most of the staff are nice and helpful to answer my inquiries. I can see the potential of True Siam Rangnam Hotel, as long as the above drawbacks can be fixed.

Overall very good stay. Vegetarian food options could be added in breakfast.

That was nice to stay there, but this time I was unlucky and didn't have hot water, the water heater was working, but... And they should write on their page about the deposit, last time I had cash, but this time I forgot and had to give them my passport

We just love the location of this hotel, very perfect for all your Bangkok tours, plus it’s inside the cities neighbour so less noise from the streets. The only problem at this hotel we encountered is the wifi connection, it’s hard to connect plus it’s so slow, so had to buy a local sim card. Also, the room we got is located in Building B, which is a wall view. But over all it was nice and cool.

It was my second staying at True Siam Rangnam hotel, Everything was good even staff, they so friendly but I am so disappointed on : Matress make me back pain, pillow is too old. However the breakfast so bad for us, and recommend, if you stay, please do not include breakfast in your package.

A good hotel. Quiet location yet central. Pleasant staff, very clean and spacious rooms. The pool is just suitable for. Golden - it’s is too shot for laps. Pool had externally high chlorine level and you have to bring your towels from your rooms. If I was unfortunate enough to return to Bangkok , I would return to this hotel

WiFi was not reliable and slow when it worked. Rooms were clean and adequate for the price. Have to leave a 1000THB deposit at the front desk at check in.
