We understand that arriving in the middle of the night, especially in a quiet and unfamiliar location, without clear pick-up coordination can be distressing — and understandably set a negative tone for the rest of your stay.It seems that this initial frustration may have colored your overall impression, leading to some misunderstandings about our property and services.Our boutique hotel is situated in a peaceful and natural area outside of the main road. While many guests appreciate the serene surroundings, we understand that it may feel remote or even unsettling for some, especially during nighttime hours and particularly for first-time visitors.We were also quite surprised by your comments regarding cleanliness. Cleanliness and hygiene are among our highest priorities, and we are proud to consistently receive strong ratings from our guests in this area. Our housekeeping team is well-trained and dedicated to ensuring all rooms and facilities are clean and well-maintained. We believe that the frustration from the initial arrival experience may have impacted your overall perception of the stay, and we regret that your experience did not reflect that for you.As for the shower, please allow us to clarify that the water pressure and spray pattern can be adjusted by rotating the showerhead.
