Very conveniently next to a big shopping center. Staff was very friendly and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was ok. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Decent enough hotel. Nothing spectacular. However it’s connected to a very run down mall. The saving grace is that it’s next to Phoenix mall, just walk a few mins and you have most of what you need.

The water coming out from the toilet is dirty with brown color

The hotel is convenient, near the metro, near the shopping center, near the cinema. If I come back, I will come back to stay here.

Good experience with staff. Mr. Murali is one of the friendliest housekeepers that I’ve seen. Very helpful. Breakfast was good and tasty too. One improvement possibly is to have toiletries ready in the bathroom before check in. There was no comb, no tooth brush and no paste. Another lacking bit was an iron, even though there was an ironing board. Correct these for a better experience.

I had a week long stay at the hotel and it a was great experience. The food at the breakfast buffet was also delightful. The housekeeping staff member Mr. Murli was also very efficient, friendly, and respectful. Overall it was a very good experience.

Murli and other staff members were very helpful and available to help as and when needed. It felt like staying at your own home. Very friendly behavior by the staff. The room was cleaned everyday at my own timing and the staff was always available to provide best services

The stay was great, Murali has been really helpful for the entire stay, Thank you team! Also, the rooms are very big and clean which really made me enjoy my stay. Breakfast can be improved but it was not bad. The security also is very helpful and the best part about the building is the sundeck from where you can see the entire Whitefield! Stayed for short visit with family.. We loved staying here. The room allocated was big enough for a family of 3 and the view from hotel room is fantastic and it is conveniently located in the middle of the city. The Swimming pool and the sky deck was awsome and we enjoyed staying in this hotel.
