The front desk was friendly, helpful, and kind. Wifi works well and the rooms are clean and comfortable :) Nice views aswell!

The front office section is super helpful and prone to awareness and I had been staying here ever since I drop by Brunei...its my one stop place for me to rest with no issue at all...Easy access to all food variety surrounding in that area.. marvellous

Clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom could have been cleaner. One thing that was missing was a water dispenser in the room or at the hotel entrance.

I booked this property but was not able to stay due to a change in my travel plans. I can't comment on the actual stay, but the booking process was smooth.

lack of ironing facilities in dorm-style rooms. Providing a communal ironing area in a convenient spot like a walkway could be a great solution.

Choosing Hogher Hotel Kiulap is because of the location , right at the BSB busiest area. Lots of Good restaurants is just walking distance from this hotel. To or from airport is just around 15 to 20 minutes. Very convenient. Hotel front desk is very polite and helpful. Only drawback is the shower head and safe box in room 439 is not working / spoiled. Other than this everything is working fine.

it was my first time visiting Brunei, I just needed a nice bed to sleep in a great location. I will stay again any time. I visited the main important attractions by walking. The staff was very kind and helpful

Lots of good food options nearby. Not too far from the city centre. A convenient layover hotel for me.

The hotel is located at a quiet street very near to the city centre. There are many eateries nearby. The pricing is reasonable. I will certainly stay here again should I come to BSB in the future.
