The front office section is super helpful and prone to awareness and I had been staying here ever since I drop by Brunei...its my one stop place for me to rest with no issue at all...Easy access to all food variety surrounding in that area.. marvellous

It's located close to most of the attractions. Just a few minutes drive. Restaurants and other services are available nearby. The hotel was clean.

Location of the hotel is recommended, just cross the other side of the street and you will find many food establishments. Cleanliness is okay. Though the room is not sound proof you can hear noise form the other room.

The hotel is service is great. A lot of restaurants nearby . But the roommates are noisy at midnight

It's my first hotel, no toilet, no showers, room .it's a poor hotel in the world. I never ever book agents and trips company. Just take money, no information about how costmer gets there and see that's things .I pay for this hotel $33 dollars I don't people pay $1 dollars

They give me room next to the kitchen and there is too much noise coming through the washing machine. the funny thing is that hotel staff start washing clothes at midnight when I am just about to sleep. other than all are OK

Its was good stay for a day trip or sleep. But for long term not good haha as the wall is too thin. Can hear footsteps when ppl passby the door. Location its very nearby to the city, mosque and also restaurant are also nearby. Cleanliness wise not so clean. As the floor still dirty and feels sandy when i step on it. For the shared toilets, The housekeeping need to clean often as its very smelly and slimy alil on the sides of the floor and also lots of used too brush on the sink. Need to clear and clean up daily. Hope theres an improvement when i visit there agn.
