Friendly staffs, good breakfast buffet!

We are going to sunrise trip the next day 5am, good choice so next day we not need wake up super early. But never expect so cold there during night time. Thank you Sri who served us fetch us out to buy cake. And even give us a surprise diy cake as they aware my husband would like celebrate for me while shop there all close by 8pm.thank you so much for prepare us breakfast box at 4am too.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, nice bathrooms that comes with a bath too! It was a really luxurious stay, would be great if they provided a hairdryer and a separate bar of hand soap. Oh and thicker blankets (or have an additional one available in the room) as it was cold when we were there.

Modern complex, seems to have everything on the territory. There is no hairdryer, air conditioning in the room and today it was cold and damp in it. Excellent breakfast, swimming pool

Excellent location of the hotel if you plan to climb Batur, gorgeous restaurants with a view nearby, all located on the caldera. We lived in a standard room, it can be cool at night. Breakfasts in the restaurant are tolerable. In the standard room, poor Wi-Fi, the quality of cleaning is unsatisfactory.

The swimming pool is a constant temperature 36-degree pool, which impressed us very much considering the temperature of more than ten degrees in the mountains. The room is not particularly large and the toilet facilities are a little old, but it is close to many popular coffee shops and the location is also very convenient.

房間寬敞舒適乾淨，浴室熱水充足，山上夜晚很冷且濕氣重，泡熱水澡很舒服。服務人員很親切。餐廳的餐點還不錯。
