The room is quite dated to begin with. The room has these 2 windows that has no curtains so it will be bright in the morning when the sunshines straight to yr face. The water did not drain well in the bathroom so you hv a puddle when you shower.

Everything outside the room is ok, a nice swimming pool and garden, but the room is tiny and old. Not enough light in the room. The shower doesn’t have a door. After you took a shower everything is covered with water in the bathroom. Shower head is awful. Tap is rusted and wobbly. Air conditioner ones in 10-15 minutes starts making a loud sound which doesn’t let you sleep. Breakfast is not great not terrible. They definitely need to renovate the rooms.

The room is small and stuffy, the plumbing is very old, there are ants and caterpillars on the territory, none were seen in the room. The beach is far away, reachable only by bike or taxi. I liked the pool, good cuisine.

Stay here 2nd time...Got upgraded..Room is nice and clean...a bit old but very good maintenance...staff very friendly..big swimming pool...

Lights are a lil dark maybe it’s block by the cupboard, provide room service everyday, towel and all are refilled everyday, swimming pool was great, the reception are friendly, overall recommend.

The staff very kindness polites specially the chef at the B/F and Ms Niya . Do upgrade my room to balcony with pool view plus give me checkout late for free complementary.I recommended this hotel to every one .

We have stayed here on perhaps 6 occasions and really like this hotel. We got a great room price for our 5 nights. Great location in Nusa Dua. We were close to good restaurants - a walk. We again enjoyed the long pool and ambience. In Bali, it's a pity that the pool water temperature is not a bit cooler. We received a welcome room upgrade. Breakfast offered options, and the staff were fabulous. We will definitely return. Thanks Grand Whiz!

After 3 weeks travelling around Bali I would say this hotel really gives what you are paid for! The staff are suoer nice, they can speak perfectly english. The room are super clean, nice big pool, 3-5min walk to the beach. Breakfast is super nice! I loved every moment of staying at the hotel. Some suggestion to the hotel.: the pool should be a bit cooler but its relative:) and the sweeping is super loud in the morning, I would suggest to do it during the day because it woke me up during my stay (before 7am) Overall: 100% recommend it! Clean, nice hotel with great, big pool and breakfast!

You feel welcome in this gem of a resort. The staff goes extra miles to keep you happy. You are in a few minutes at the front of the ocean. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the good times.
