The service of this hotel is very good. The manager and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is nice and clean and right there at your doorstep.

Used to be a chocolate spa, but now not anymore, no bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, tooth brush supplied. The room looks in nees of refurbishment. Molds and yellowish colour in bathroom and toilet

So here it is I booked for 2 deluxe rooms, but they “upgrade” it to family room without notifying me first. I went there with my sis and bro in law so we booked two separated room, but turns out we got 2 rooms in 1 building. We thought it was fine at first. BUT, there is no bathtub in the second room, or even water heater. I felt bad about it. Since my sis and bro in law got the second room. The first room was ok but lot different with the another one. The point is, we booked 2 different room because we want to get exact same condition of room. Same bathtub, same water heater, same bed. And yes, they gave us 4 free breakfast and 2pax of spa. It’s kinda worth the difference of our rooms. I suggest you to give the person what they want. I felt bad to my sis and bro in law. Fortunately they understand it. Your meal is ok. Your shower ok. Park ok. Service ok. Everything went well. Thank you for having us

A small but very nice hotel, super friendly staff, everything very clean

This hotel was booked to chase dolphins. It is located in Lovina, which is convenient for going out to sea the next day. I checked in very late on the day and checked out very early the next day. However, the hotel staff was very enthusiastic, attentive and had a good service attitude.

Apart from being convenient for watching dolphins and the friendly attitude of the waiters, other things are not

The hotel is terrible. The staff, breakfast, accommodation and everything else are just terrible. I don't recommend it

The current Meilam is no longer the Meilam of the past. It has lost the attentive service of seven or eight years ago. The facilities are old and new. Even breakfast and dinner are outsourced. The cost performance is not worth mentioning. If you are not particular, you can stay at the price.

No gel, shampoo, kettle, mugs, tea, coffee. The TV didn't work.
