The hotel is good, but the beach is not very good, and unfortunately you can't swim there. Overall, it's ok.

The hotel is gorgeous, everything is great, the bed is gorgeous, the bathroom is great, the room is cleaned every day. The beach is nearby, I like it too! I can recommend it with confidence

Avoid at all costs. Rooms not properly cleaned “Grey” stained sheets not changed we had to ask Same with ragged grey towels Mould around pool edges and in shower Squirrels, cockroaches, rats and lizards in some rooms. Roof leaking - raining

Well located well appointed villas. Clean comfortable great gardens and two pools. Breakfast included and a quick few minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops . Great staff. Would be totally suitable for a long term stay if you wanted. Breakfast area was overlooking one of the pools. A very pleasant stay.

We are currently in the 3rd week of our stay here. For the price it's great value for money. The included breakfast is very good, with cereal, toast, fresh fruit, rice, noodles, potatoes or other veggies, bacon, sausage, egg station, juice and coffee or tea. On our arrival we had a couple of small issues with things in the Garden Villa we had rented but everything was fixed or resolved almost immediately. The shower head was spraying water everywhere except the shower, fixed in a few hours. The volume on the TV wasn't working, again, fixed within 2 hours. The staff are lovely. The place is clean and well maintained. The location is good, close to the beach and dozens of restaurants, shopping and massages.

The hotel is completely run down. The rooms are tired. Sheets and towels were dirty. Only stayed 1 night of my booking before finding a clean homestay. Worst hotel I've stayed in. Plenty of great hotels at cheaper prices in Sanur.

I thought this would be ok for $60 I was wrong. The room was so old which would have been ok if it was clean, but it wasn’t. The sheets had holes as they were so old. There were also stains on them. The towels were the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. Not even sure if the sheets and towels were fresh for my use. The bath and toilet were stained and possibly moldy. There were birds living in the roof cheeping all night. You could hear all the scooters throughout the night as the room backed onto a street. A rooster also crowed every 3 minutes. The whole resort is in disrepair. No maintenance has been done in years. I spent the first night awake and booked a lovely homestay $20 cheaper and brand new which was around the corner. These rooms are not fit for anyone. I don’t need luxury but I wouldn’t let my pet live here. Many times to Bali and worst hotel. I know they have newer rooms but wonder if the sheets and towels would still be stained and dirty. Pool was cloudy and tiles were coming off. Certainly not cleaned regularly. Didn’t try the breakfast.

Booked in the new area, first room had urine and blood stains on mattress, pillows and sheets. Moved to another room with the exact same issues. Everything is dirty, fridge seals, curtains, chipped bowls for breakfast. First night I fell asleep sitting up after looking for another place to stay. Second night, sat outside all night as couldn’t bring myself to sleep on that mattress. Mould, saliva on pillows. I can live with a broken towel rail but disgusting mattresses is a whole new level. Just horrid. Highly recommend you check your mattresses and pillows… what’s lurking under that protector is gross! And no pillow protectors at all, just saliva and blood.

The hotel is just off the high street with easy access to the beach, the beach walk and a large variety of restaurants. On the plus side the rooms have everything you need but the decor is a little tired and could do with a repaint here and there. Shower worked well and plenty of hot water. There is a kitchen unit at the back of the room and a small fridge. The breakfast is rather uninspiring but there are plenty of coffee shops around where you can get a better selection.

We stayed here for 3 weeks while waiting for our house to be ready. It’s a great little hotel. It’s 3 star so not luxurious but the rooms are very clean, good pool area and breakfast is included. It’s the same every day but choice of eggs to order, fruit, toast, rice and noodles with juice, water, tea and coffee. The staff are great. Nothing is too much trouble. They even ordered some curtain hooks for us when we struggled to get some for our house. We stayed in the new rooms. I would request a garden view if I stayed again. The thing that struck me most about staying here are how many people are returning time after time. That says a lot. Great value for money and in a great position for both beach, shops and restaurants.
