Very nice view from the hotel! Very close to the sea and the room is very nice also :)

This little place is very nice. The rooms were spotless and it is right at the snorkeling spot of the island. The restaurant/bar next door is amazing too. The only thing is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms.

This is the third time we stay in the Dewi Sun Sun and we couldn't find anything negative! The room was right in the beach and it was beautiful to hear and see the sea from the bed, super comfy with a really reasonable value for money. Also the restaurant next to it is suuuuuuper nice and a few steps away from the hotel. Only downside if we have to say something is that early in the morning you hear the boats with the tourist going to snorkel.

The previous reviews are over-rated. Either my standards are too high or theirs too low. 100% Won’t come again. Staff look unhappy and the most efficient are the flies. Each and every time food served the flies never fail to be there and it’s quite a few of them. When I request to go to the minimart which is a total of 15 mins ride, the driver at the Dewi ask for $200k. Restaurant and services are all kinda far except of in-house restaurant and a dive shop beside. The sands are dirty too. Even my charter driver also commented the staff look unhappy.

The environment is good, and the sea is right at the door. But, family! The service is really bad... It feels like a family business. Several staff members are family members. It feels like they will say bad things about guests in the local language. As soon as I moved in, the atmosphere felt weird. Every time I passed the lobby, they looked at people with a bit of a weird look. I can't explain the discomfort, family members, please choose carefully! This is really the first time I give a bad review.

The sea view is beautiful, you can see the beautiful scenery at any time, and there is a dining area next to it. But there are bugs in the room, all kinds of small bugs, there is no screen window, if you open the window for a while, more bugs will come into the room...

Location: The hotel is about 2.5 kilometers from the pier. I asked several drivers to take a taxi from the pier to the hotel. It was basically 50 RMB, which was a bit expensive. However, the road conditions on the island are not suitable for walking. There are many cars and motorcycles, so it is recommended to take a taxi to get there comfortably. Service: Check-in was relatively smooth. After giving us the key, they did not disturb us too much. When we went out to play and returned to the hotel at night, the front desk would greet us and say good night when passing by. It felt very friendly. Environment: The hotel environment is as shown in the picture! We chose the second floor because it was too close to the beach. We felt that the first floor was not safe. It was safer on the second floor. There was a balcony and the volcano was opposite! The room was also very clean and tidy. It was all wooden and there were no insects. The room was not particularly soundproof, but the second floor was not too noisy. You can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. It was so comfortable.

Facilities: Very bad experience, the hotel has very poor sound insulation, and even very quiet conversations can be heard clearly. The advantage of this room is that it is close to the sea, but many hotels are close to the sea within 100 or 200 meters of this island. We asked the price of more than 160, which is very cheap, and the hardware facilities have no advantages. Service: We wanted to go out to sea to see manta rays and asked the hotel front desk for 500k Indonesian rupiah, more than 200 RMB per person, but a Chinese couple on the same boat with us asked for 200K Indonesian rupiah, more than 80 RMB. We asked them how they decided it, and they also asked the hotel. Their hotel is more than 100 meters away from this hotel, and they can also see the sea when they go out. They did not bargain and the hotel gave a price of 200k, while our hotel was 500k. On the same boat, going to the same place, going together and returning together, this hotel is a rip-off.

The location of the hotel is really great! It is 2km away from the pier, and you can see the sea from the room. The price-performance ratio is really high. It was well received by friends in the circle of friends~ You can watch the sunrise at the door in the morning, and you can also go out to find small fish and pick up shells in the sea. A sea urchin nest was found in the area at the door, but it was a pity that there were no gloves.

In general, everyone came to this hotel because of the "Internet celebrity publicity effect", and they had to book more than a month in advance to book a room. The price is not cheap, and they should provide us with corresponding service quality. I did not feel good service. It was a very bad experience! It is not an objective impression caused by personal fatigue. You can search for other non-Internet celebrity restaurants. We only spent 170 tonight to enjoy the sea view cabin room, and the reception was super considerate! In addition, if you have friends who want to stay, I suggest that you can only go to the restaurant next door to eat, enjoy the same scenery (facing Mount Agung) and the service is very good, the taste is good, the price is favorable, and they will not drive customers away. We ordered a lunch and sat until three o'clock in the afternoon before leaving, and slept in the restaurant, which was very good.

The hygiene of this hotel is really bad. There are many stains on the sheets, pillowcases, and mattresses. The air conditioner doesn't work well, the hair dryer doesn't work well, and the sound insulation is very poor! ! ! ! You can hear the conversations next door, and the sound of the waves is huge at night. The lights in the room are also very dim. Anyway, the experience is very bad, because on Penida Island, transportation is very inconvenient, or you have to charter a car or rent a motorcycle. We want to go to a farther place to eat and find a merchant to send it to the merchant. The lion's mouth is also very expensive. Anyway, I don't recommend this place! Maybe the pictures provided by the merchant look good, but in fact they are not. We chose to pay attention to the late because we want to go to She County and Dong County. It's really beautiful. I didn't dare to wear earplugs because the cabin was very noisy by the sea. The experience here was really amazing. I feel like I will come again next time.
