The Haere Seminyak - by Astadala Reviews

Unfortunately, my six-night stay at Haere Hotel Seminyak ended up being a mistake that negatively impacted my trip. Despite requesting a quiet room, I was constantly disturbed by noise from the street and neighboring rooms, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The shower water temperature was constantly fluctuating, the bathroom has no ventilation, the room remains dimly lit despite having all the lights on, there are mosquitoes everywhere, gaps in the roof and slow wifi. Additionally, I found the pool to be dangerous as it’s very deep (1.6m) with rough tiles around the edge. Two of us sustained injuries while in the pool, and we were surprised to find that the hotel did not have any bandages available. Before my stay at Haere Seminyak, I used to prioritize hotels located near shops and restaurants for convenience. However, my experience at the hotel has taught me the importance of prioritizing a hotel's reputation over its location. I have realized that sometimes, it is better to stay in a high-quality hotel and use taxis to get around, especially considering the affordable cost of transportation in Bali.

Good location..5 mins walk to Main Street with many restaurant and shops Room not very well maintained..need update Very uncomfortable sleep as too much noise from side street..impossible to sleep

We Booked for a week. Location is great if u like to have a nitelife in seminyak. Unfortunate me with family so my room is just nearby the street to the seminyak busy area. A lot of noise from the street until 3am. But the supervisor (Ibu Sari) is nice enough to listen to my problem that i cant really sleep properly with that level of noise..so she changed the room for me to a better villa.Love the villa, the staff, the pool is really deep make sure you check first before let the kids swim in it. Also walking distance to money xchnge,convnt shop and seminyak strip..Pict below is the new room villa. Huge and awesome. Parking lot and buggy services. 😄😄Worth the price for a week. Dont forget to tip the awesome staff. They all are really nice and honest.

Amazing location, welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. Huge and clean rooms with comfortable pillows and bed. Pool was clean and big. Breakfast was good. Me and my friends had a really good stay and will definitely recommend this villa!

Beautiful villa, great service but location is not ideal as it’s next to the busiest road in Seminyak. A little bit of maintenance in the room and villa will be excellent. Would definitely recommend to others.

Overall is satisfied . Restaurant is close when we are there but cook come over to cook in the Villa

The environment is good, in the downtown area, people with poor sleep quality should not consider it. The breakfast is delicious😋

We stayed in the villa for 11 nights The location was excellent and a bit away from the hustle and bustle , however our villa was next to a laneway that was very noisy throughout the night so earplugs are a good idea , if you are a lite sleeper. The staff were excellent , very obliging and great to deal with. The pool was great , the villa itself is tired and needs some TLC, we did have an issue with a small amount of water coming through the light in the bathroom to which we showed them as soon as we noticed. Overall a pleasant stay , great location

Very comfortable if you want to be left alone and be in the peace and quiet however you can walk down the side alley way and be all amongst it.

WOW!!! Such a wonderful experience. Such a convenient location, a super short walk to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak streets! The service from Prapti and the whole team was incredible. She is so kind! Highly recommend.

Room was always cleaned , linen was always changed daily, chefs always cooked delicious breakfast and all staff were beautiful and amazing . They were always happy to help with anything we needed. The pool was always clean the perfect ambiance to relax. I highly recommend this quaint little villa and would definitely come back again

We stayed at The Haere for a week in May and it was wonderful. The location is fantastic, walking distance to Seminyak Village and so many great restaurants such as Mama San, La Lucciola, and Revolver to name a few. The staff are so lovely, always welcoming us with a smile and a chat and it was great to have 24 hour reception access. The grounds themselves were perfect for my friend and I. We stayed in a two bedroom villa and spent a lot of time lounging by the pool and enjoying the peace. Of an evening the laneway beside the villas can be noisey with people walking to and from restaurants and nightlife but when on holidays, who cares. We’d definitely stay at The Haere again. Thank you Sari and the team for a beautiful stay.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. The villas are very generous and the pool is huge. Breakfast plentiful and reasonable selection. Most importantly the staff are second to none. Friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Special mention to Sari who I want to take home with me! What a wonderful, kind lady. Thank you to all the beautiful staff at Haere Villas for having us. We can’t wait to return.

Already stayed multiple times in this villa. The location is perfect and the service is very good. The staff will help you with anything you need. Maybe the villa is a little bit dated now but for me it still is the perfect place for a great holiday!
