Was so happy my friends and I have stayed there. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accomodating. They welcomed us with cold fruit juice which was so refreshing. Apart from that, the place was peaceful, a good place to rest after a tiring day. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend :)

The hotel is very primitive. There is a huge gecko barking on the roof at night. It wakes me up several times. It feels like living in a primitive forest. I poop directly on the bed. It is a black strip. It is good.

It's very good. The boss is running the business carefully. It's pretty good in that area. The hygiene is OK. The room facilities are OK. The bathroom is big enough. The island is very primitive. There are many flying insects and geckos.

I like this hotel very much. The decoration is beautiful and very Bali-like. The main reason is that the location is also very good. It is very close to Tianmen Mountain and only takes a few minutes to drive there. The view is very good, and the host hotel also specially designed a swing, which makes me feel very comfortable.

The service is very good, and the environment is very good. After all, transportation is not very convenient on an island, so you must rent a motorcycle or a car.

Bad check-in experience

This damn hotel pisses me off! As soon as I opened the door, there were more than 20 mosquitoes flying at the foot of the bed! There are dead cockroaches at the door! There is no 24-hour front desk service. The power outage started at 11 o'clock in the evening. There was no way to ask for help. No one paid attention to me all night. I was covered in mosquito bites and couldn't sleep peacefully! The next day I informed the proprietress that there was a power outage, but she shied away from responsibility and said we didn't turn on the switch! How do we know where to turn it on? ! No sympathy for our plight, let alone any apology or compensation! After leaving the store, I discovered that the specialty products I bought were missing, and the hotel handled it quietly without any notice! What a damn bad place! This damn hotel has infuriated me beyond words! No 24-hour front desk service, power outage starting at 11 PM with no help available. Throughout the night, no one bothered, and I ended up covered in mosquito bites, making it impossible to sleep peacefully! The next day, when I informed the owner about the power issue, she shamelessly denied responsibility, showing no sympathy or offering any apology or compensation for our ordeal! After leaving, we discovered missing items, and the hotel sneakily dealt with it without any notification! It's a damn horrible place!

Very satisfied! The boss and staff are very nice! The environment is very comfortable, the restaurant in the hotel is also very cheap, and the food tastes good! It’s just that the homestays in Bali generally don’t have slippers, so it’s better to prepare a pair when you go out!

The salad was delicious. One person ate two plates.

High cost performance and good environment

За свою цену отличный номер, еще и с завтраком. Очень милая территория. Пятна на постельном белье и грязная сантехника :(

We booked a family room. Went with 2 kids, the AC n tv were not working, wifi was on and off n slow, room looked old, broken soap dispenser, the bedsheets were smelly n old. We stayed 2 nights n did not get hot water. The driver was extremely rude. The only that credit can be given is for location and food. Its not worth the 8.8 reviews that you were reading online.
