The surrounding area is terrible far from main road will not return for sure

The hotel’s location is somewhat secluded from the main road, offering a peaceful retreat, yet it remains conveniently accessible to nearby streets and shopping areas for groceries. The amenities were satisfactory, though the room had a noticeable mouldy smell that detracted from the experience. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked efficiently, and the spacious balcony provided a comfortable spot to relax. The minibar was also functional. Overall, considering the price, it was a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.

Nice hotel, but need to improve

The room is pretty dirty and smells weird, it’s okay for a couple of nights and if you are looking for a cheap place. The problem comes with rats. I’ve heard noises the second night and found evident signs of a rat sneaking in a coup board. I’ve asked a change of room and a better price for the last night as all the hotel around me were fully booked. What I got was a dollar discount and the rat on the ceiling instead of inside a cupboard.

The room was clean, but the front desk service was very bad. They didn't understand English and had a hard time communicating. I went to the hotel to book a room on the 29th. He said the 30th was also available. After I booked it, he said no. I negotiated a refund and he said yes. But he didn't refund it later. They are so good.

Friendly staff, good service, comfortable, clean, spacious rooms. Quiet atmosphere. One of the favorite places to stay when going to Jimbaran.
