"After returning from the Redwood Park, I found that the time I booked was wrong. I asked the front desk to help me modify it, but they told me that I needed to apply for it from a third party. I was very tired at the time and didn’t want to go through the trouble. I immediately placed another order for the same day, thinking that I could cancel it the next day. I thought it should be okay. As a result, I applied twice, but Ctrip replied that the hotel did not agree to cancel it. This service is not very friendly. I will not stay in Hampton brand hotels in the future."
