I was very tired at the time and didn’t want to go through the trouble. I immediately placed another order for the same day, thinking that I could cancel it the next day. I thought it should be okay. As a result, I applied twice, but Ctrip replied that the hotel did not agree to cancel it. This service is not very friendly. I will not stay in Hampton brand hotels in the future."
