Cape Point Hotel
"Sorry to say but a very poor hotel. The pool didn't seem very clean and the staff lacked any enthusiasm. Needs some serious attention. Would not recommend it although Cape Point is a nice place. There's some nice bars and restaurants locally"
Ocean Bay Hotel & Resort
"A well run hotel with the full range of amenities that you would expect from a hotel of thus type. The pre stay communication was first class with any questions that I had being answered fully and helpfully. The room was well appointed and functional. Our maid, Mary, was friendly and professional. All the staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were very good with a really top class omelette maker at your service. Draft beer in the bar Is served fresh and cold. Shame the beach bar closes at 6. Evening meals were my only disappointment with my pork in the main restaurant and my fish in The Buddha being overcooked to a state of toughness. Shop opposite for water and snacks. The highlight for me was the superbly designed and maintained grounds. Monkeys, Egrets and Hornbills visited daily. Constant watering and maintenance gave the gardens a top class finish."
One World Village Guesthouse
"The staff is extremely nice and helpful with everything. Next time I would not book the single room but opt for a more luxurious type. But since the place is nice and everybody was helpful it was all well."
Tropic Gardens Hotel
"The hotel is absolutely visually stunning. The grounds are well maintained by some of the hardest working people you'll ever meet! The rooms are kept immaculate by the housekeeping staff. It's in a wonderful location overlooking the Atlantic ocean too. The breakfast is kind of a take on English breakfasts but kind of misses a little even though it is all cooked really well. When you come, Billy is your go to man. He helps out so much with requests for help and even found us a car to take us out for half the price of a taxi. If you use him, his nickname is happiness and a safe and considerable driver."
