8/10 - May Parking - Quiet Place - Malapit sa mga pagkainan (Goodtaste, etc) - Walking distance sa burnham Babalikan❣️

There was no window view since there is a building beside the hotel. The parking area looks creepy and dirty. The wall partition was thin, i can hear our neighbor room conversation. And there was no hospitality from the crew.

The room is spacious, nice and clean but the towels look overused and old. Exceeding payment applied for extended check out, 200 per hour.

So so experience with the hotel room, just to spend the night is okay. Not worth staying for 2 nights or more

Location is near to burnham park market and session you can walk and also to other restaurants

Good location with great view at the 5/F. Walking distance to Burnham Park and famous restaurants. Indeed it was a value for money

I will not come back nor recommend it. The price I pay is not worth it.  I’m so disappointed. Sorry!

Decent hotel and good access to stores and restaurants. Reasonable prices

no hair dryer, no aircondition, we stay for 2days they only give us 1small sachet of shampoo, we arrived at 5am and we ask if we can checkin since the room the ready for occupy but they don't allow they ask me to pay 2500pesos if we want a room immediately and we have to check in again in our booking room later @2pm, it means we have to spend additional 2500for just few hours? and lastly I dont think its a safety place because everyone can ride a elevator from outside and get in to your room if your room is in 4th and 5th floor there's no guard and the reception or the person in duty is only in the 3rd floor

Im stay 3 night. But no house keeper come To My Room Cleaning Even once.

The location is really great. Very close to Burnham Park, City Market, GoodTaste Restaurant, Puregold, Watsons, and other food kiosks. They don’t have air-conditioner but there are fans available. They allow pets (500 per pet per night). The view is great too.
