"Chose this hotel for our first time to Verbier. Did not expect to fall in love with every little detail. Finding the hotel from the cable car terminal was easy as it was only a few steps away. It had been snowing the morning of our arrival day so we were lucky to experience the scenery right from our balcony. Although for the rest of our short stay, the rain had no intention of stopping. But that did not ruin our stay. Staying in the room was a pleasure, we had a spacious balcony overlooking the mountains and I just can’t forget how it made me feel to just sit with my tea and watch the view. We arrived just around the time of check-in so we had the pleasure to enjoy some drinks at the bar while waiting for our room to be ready. The bar staff were very friendly and remembered us the next day as we had dinner there. We were the only ones that night so we got to enjoy the vibe. We had a fantastic breakfast with a view for both of our mornings. I am not good with remembering names but the hostess/server was very warm and attentive. The highlight of the stay would be the housekeeping staff. They did not miss anything and would check if there was something else we need. After the housekeeping service for the day, someone checked on us to know if everything was to our liking. Their meticulous work in maintaining a clean and comfortable stay for us definitely did not go unnoticed. If you are going to Verbier, do not look any further and don’t think twice! Choose W!"

"Fantastic hotel in the Centre of Verbier. The team are all lovely and super helpful. Always on hand to assist. The hotel has comfortable rooms with good beds and coffee machine. Our suite had a lovely balcony with a view of the mountains. The breakfasts are really good and there is a great steak restaurant in the building which is open certain evenings. The Bristol is excellent value for money in Verbier"

"This was our first time at La Cordée des Alpes, and we had a lovely stay. The hotel is charming and comfortable, finished in old wood and stone, in Alpine tradition. Rooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds. The wellness centre is relaxing and well equipped. But perhaps our favourite aspect was the incredible service all along - friendly and attentive by the entire team!"

"A cozy, charming chalet well situated in Verbier. The most outstanding feature is the exceptional staff who are attentive, helpful and friendly. They are an amazing team. Frenchies is an excellent restaurant and there is a very lovely cocktail lounge. Well done!"

Hôtel Vanessa ★★★★

"We had a meal at the V in the Vanessa hotel. The lousy white wine was 12€ for a tiny glass the Meal was of poor quality badly presented the atmosphere was zero. I sent back the steak hache which was so unappetising it was €50 for a plate of two slices of minute toast, a few lettuce leaves and a raw patty of beef. The waiting staff who were teenagers quite aggressively questioned me about why I was complaining when I asked for something else. I paid a further €50 for the fish which was ok. They did the keep topping up your glass with the tiny coke bottle trick, there was no welcome, no warmth nothing except highway robbery with a steely Swiss smile. We coughed up the exorbitant bill and left without dessert or coffee. Lousy meal - never again"

"Went for a burger..shed burger. Never found it! But I did find caffe goomah and had a pizza which was beyond exceptional, up there with the best of all time. Beautiful citrus salad, great drinks. Reasonably priced (for verbier). Friendly efficient service. Still serving 10pm while most places wrapping up. If you like pizza and interesting sides, this is your place. I will never visit verbier again without eating here."
