"I was very surprised by that small town. So nice with a lot of history. The hostel is situated in a strategic position opposite to the river and sports path. Even small it is very clean and well organised. Staff is very helpful and working seriously. The breakfast gives you a nice starting with its rich composition. Unfortunately my stay was short but I would recommend it for for maximum nights to relax and make activities in Baden."

Limmathof Baden - Historisches Haus & Spa

"Very kind and thoughtful Reception associates! They took extra steps to ensure you were satisfied and had everything that you needed. While there are actually 3 buildings to choose from, I am Team Historic buildings, and chose to stay on the Limmat River in a newly designed Limmat Suite (in the yellow building, next door to the original pink building.) Good amenities and working A/C. This was a short stopover. I would have liked to have spent an additional day to explore the town and use the spa facilities. A summery evening, with people walking on the promenade on both sides of the river. Pepe Nero's Ristorante, offers a wonderful variety of homemade pastas and fresh salads on an outdoor terrace. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"The aparthotel is a spacious, modern complex with clean lines and plenty of exposed concrete – tastefully and thoughtfully designed. Check-in was very friendly and courteous; you immediately feel welcome. The rooms are generously sized, clean, and modernly furnished. The small kitchenette is a practical extra, especially for longer stays. A particular highlight: The hotel offers a modern gym and an attractive sauna area – ideal for relaxing after an active day. In short: A modern, clean, and well-equipped hotel – we would gladly return!"

"I have known this Hotel Blume my whole life, but this was the first time I stayed a few days at the hotel. My grandparents and father used to stay at the hotel in the past. I was welcomed warmly, the service was excellent, the room clean and very pleasant, it had AC. Important in the heat. Breakfast was excellent, coffee too. All in all I felt extremely good and welcome at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. Bottom line? I loved staying at the Blume and will do so again one day. I can highly recommend it to everyone, whether for personal or for business purposes. Thank you for a most wonderful time at this unique hotel."

"There is nothing good about this hotel …. You’ve heard of a tourist trap? This is a business trap. I’ve travelled extensively for work all over the world and this hotel just happens to be very near our head office. That really is the only thing it has going for it. The rooms are small the beds are like concrete and you only get one very cheap pillow. The TV is mounted on a side wall and the bracket allows it to tilt about 10 degrees meaning that you are trying to watch it at a near right angle. Everything in the room is just not up to standard the desk is too small, the Air con is noisy if it actually works. Everything is form over function. A tiny hanging area that’s not big enough for your case. A shower that makes the whole bathroom wet. The breakfast is an embarrassing joke. The seating area for breakfast is another triumph of uncomfortable ‘trendy’ furniture. This is a 2 star hotel charging 4 star prices and getting virtually everything wrong in a small but very niggly way. And I should know because I’ve stayed here too many times, but the location is perfect …:"
