"Lovely setting, in need of some love and care. Especially the pool area and restaurant terrace. We felt the hotel was understaffed, but the staff, although stressed with an event, were trying their best. Very late check-in at 4:30pm. The room was fine as was the restaurant evening meal. But I wouldn't return. "

"Overall experience was excellent. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the history and the way it has been restored is perfect. We had booked a parking space as we have a 4x4, be aware that space is limited but very secure. The hotel location is perfect for exploring Troyes as in walking distance to all points of interests. Breakfast in the morning was served in the courtyard and was excellent, it set us up for our onward journey perfectly. The team was very welcoming and efficient during the breakfast rush."

"No doubt the location of this hotel is a big asset when visiting Troyes. Parking is available at 12€/night. The old town and restaurants are at walking distance. Breakfast buffet offers a good choice of different food. On arrival you can choose to skip daily cleaning service and get some drinks for free. Never heard that one before. Friendly staff. Bar area could be more pleasant."

"The hotel is located 15 minutes walk leisurely from the station and 5 minutes from the center. The room has everything you need for an overnight stay, even glasses for toothbrushes. You can ask for a kettle at the reception, which is indicated on the sign on the desk in the room."

"Hôtel was lovely; warm, modern decor, felt welcoming and fresh. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our request for a cot wasn’t received and they brought one up for us really quickly. There was tea and coffee and water available in the restaurant at all times. The only drawback was no kettle in the room, as it meant we had to go downstairs to get hot water for our babies milk bottle. But it wasn’t too much of an issue. The hotel is just a short 10 min or so walk from the town. Breakfast was a great buffet selection of hot and cold food. Parking is available in their car park for €7 per night."
