Pet friendly Hotels Athens

This is an amazing hotel with an amazing staff. We were greeted and assisted with everything upon our arrival (check-in, bags, etc.) and everyone was very hospitable. The rooms are comfortable and are always clean. We did not use the rooftop pool, but the views were stunning from there (we could see the Acropolis), where they also have a restaurant and a bar. We ate at the restaurant and hung out at the bar some nights which was nice (good food and drinks), but be prepared to pay top hotel prices. The location of the hotel is convenient - it is right across from Syntagma Square, a popular meeting place for many scheduled activities. We also felt we could easily access surrounding neighborhoods, restaurants, and bars by walking from the hotel. Overall a great place to stay!

I booked this hotel because it was very close to the Acropolis. When I arrived, I found that it was indeed very close, and it only took five minutes to walk there. There is nothing much to say about the hotel itself. The service attitude was very good, the room was very clean, and slippers and toiletries were provided. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the countertops were all marble. The room was a bit small, but there was a balcony with a view of the Acropolis. There is a place to eat downstairs. If you walk towards the Acropolis, there is also a tourist street over there with more people and more lively. The sound insulation of the balcony windows and doors was okay. But what was unpleasant was that there were many people outside drinking, watching the game and singing that day, and they didn't leave until one o'clock in the middle of the night. I don't know if this is normal.

The location is very convenient in the center of Athens. The hotel is very clean overall. Although the room is a bit small, the terrace is quite large. The special restaurant has a first-class view, overlooking the Acropolis and the Parthenon. Very good feeling

Everything was perfect in this well located hotel. We travelled with a dog and they were very accommodating. The room was very comfortable, clean and with full amenities. We will definitely return soon!

Minus: The toothbrush holder looked very dirty, I would probably give it a deep clean. There were some signs of mold in the shower and the toilet paper holder was loose from the wall. The rain shower head lived a life of its own, very inconsistent with how the water came out, it also took time for the water to warm up. If you care about noise, don't get a room with a street view, the windows really weren't soundproof at all. The location is a bit sketchy at night. I would also recommend the hotel to advertise to people not to waste food at the breakfast buffet because there was A LOT of it by others when we were there. This is a big thing for hotels in the north. Pros: The room looked quite newly renovated. Seems like the hotel was under renovation because when we were there it was a completely different style from the breakfast room to the room. It's probably going to be very pretty when it's finished. Plus for the minibar and kettle in the room. Plus for a separate toilet room and shower room. Great view from the balcony in the room and from the roof terrace. Great, down to earth staff. Also a very good breakfast, I have stayed in many different hotels and this is one of the best breakfasts in Europe for me.

I was concerned about our two day stay after reading some negative reviews but I had a completely opposite experience. It is a large hotel that has some big groups but they offered very personalized service and took pride in their hotel. Every single person from the doorman to the desk to the cleaner were really friendly and seemed happy to have us there. The location is perfect for exploring the heart of Athens, it is very walkable to the pedestrian area, the Plaka neighborhood and the environs of Athens. I had not even known about the Plaka, but it was at the suggestion of the doorman. The rooms were nice sized and clean, the balcony is small and our room overlooked the garden and the pool. The pool looked very clean and though we didn't use it , it was being enjoyed by others. We did go up to the rooftop where there was a restaurant to see the Acropolis, which you could see from the roof, not from our room at least. We didn't have the food or drinks there and you can't sit and see the Acropolis from there, you have to stand to be able to see the Acropolis, so impressive when lit up. The breakfast was ample and varied and the coffee was delicious. it is in the lower area of the hotel, where they actually had found some ancient ruins which have been preserved, so that is cool, too. I would definitely give my recommendation to this hotel.

One girl at the front desk was not very good, others were very clean. Breakfast is good. Service is good, but the equipment is a bit old. The clothes rack in the room is cumbersome to use. There is no place to dry clothes. The washbasin in the bathroom is good

I stayed at the Perianth Hotel the first week in May to celebrate my birthday and anniversary. Overall, we had a good stay; the team at Perianth tried to accommodate our needs and was very helpful. Pros: Great Location, within walking distance of all the main sites Friendly, helpful, and professional staff Clean rooms with balconies Very good breakfast Cons: The hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants, and loud music Very noisy location in the evenings (I suggest requesting a 4th floor or higher) The hotel is not accessible by car. (When we requested an Uber/taxi, the hotel staff advised us to use the address to the bar next door, Called Noel) Additional comments: If you or your child is sensitive to noise, this hotel may Not be a good fit. We stayed here for almost a week, with two rooms for my wife, myself, my baby daughter and my mother in law. The hotel has some nice points and some points which I think need improving. The staff were all fine, and well trained as you should expect for the price. The rooms were a little small for 200-240 euro per room per night. The bathroom was the worst of you are large like me (194cm tall medium build). Standing in the shower one elbow was touching one side and other elbow was touching other wall, the toilet was temperamental and you could see it needs refurbishment in some parts. The shower gel was a little unpleasant too but soap was nice. They charge 5 or 6 euro for a bottle of water on room service which I found insane. The lobby is very big but strangely empty. For the good the room was ok, the staff again, food was fine, parking was easy (which in greek cities can be rare) and mattress was comfortable. However I think we will try a different hotel next time as I didn’t feel the price reflected the hotel.

I’m sad to read that there was this problem even ages ago, and till last week nothing has changed… I didn’t check tripadvisor before to book I’m only opening this to let the others know this problem but I’m seeing it’s an old and unsolved problem. After the orribile first night told to the reception what happened, oh ok I’ll send the housekeeper to sanificate the room, when we returned back in the evening I think nobody has never entered into that room coz the sheet were still dirty of blood. Second night again, this time they changed us the room, same problem meanwhile I was getting worst and worst and fortunately they chased just me (we were with 2 kids 2 and an half, and 8 months baby). Once again I went down to the reception and we got another room, but nothing changed. The only thing they have to do is junk everything in the bin start to sanificate and deep clean from the rooftop to the basement, then paint the wall and new everything. (We were 4 but in the first two rooms we got 3 single beds, in the last one just a doble bed)
