Hotel is good Staff are amazing and so supportive Location is not bad Food is ok

We had an outstanding stay at the hotel, a lot of greens, beautiful aqua, very nice sandy beach, and the food there is super delicious and offers a great range of variety. I definitely recommend it.

It was perfect

When you go there, ask for this three amazing magnificent people they will make you feel like second home Mr. ****** receptionist, chef ******, special lifeguard **** I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel, mr. ******, the receptionist who welcome me like I’m in my second home where comfort met professionalism in most aspects of the experience. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the food with Jeff ****** who succeed to send me a message that Stella de Marie restaurant is ready to compare with the international hotels restaurant. and the friendliness of the staff, specially, the pool lifeguard **** who was like the second guardian of my kids was protect them all the time them and them friends. He is a special man. everything was impressive. The environment was calm and relaxing, and the location made commuting easy and enjoyable — adding a unique touch of convenience to my visit. However, on the final day, I encountered an unexpected issue with a front desk staff member, *** ** ****** whose attitude lacked the courtesy and flexibility I had experienced throughout my stay. While this incident didn’t overshadow the overall quality of the hotel, it certainly left an impression that shouldn’t be overlooked. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this note into account to maintain the high standards of service this place is known for. قضيت إقامة مميزة جداً بدأت بترحاب من مستر جورج موظف الاستقبال احسست من خلاله بان المكان وكأنه بيتى الثانى في هذا الفندق الذى ينافس العالمية حيث امتزجت الراحة مع الاحترافية في معظم جوانب التجربة لى ولزوجتى ولاولادى الذين لم يريدون ان يغادروه بدءًا من نظافة الغرف، إلى جودة الخدمة في المطعم، ومهارة عظيمة من الشيف مدحت الذى اتقن بفن هو و طاقمه تقديم الاصناف التى تنافس مطاعم العالم الاوروبية و العربية و لُطف طاقم العمل، على حمامات السباحة و على رأسهم عيسى الذى كان يراقب اولادى واصدقائه بكل حب وكأنه اب لكل واحد ويختتم يومه بتنظيف وصيانة مكان عمله كل شيء يدعو إلى الإعجاب. البيئة كانت هادئة ومريحة، والموقع مثالي لسهولة التنقل، ما أضفى على رحلتي طابعًا خاصًا من السلاسة والراحة. تمنيت ان تطول فترة اقامتى لكن، وعلى الرغم من هذا الانطباع الإيجابي، فوجئت في اليوم الأخير بموقف غير متوقع من أحد موظفي الاستقبال، يدعى عبد الرحمن والذي تعامل معي بطريقة افتقدت اللباقة والمرونة. لم يكن هذا الحادث ليغيّر من جودة الإقامة بشكل عام، لكنه بالتأكيد ترك أثرًا لا يمكن تجاهله. آمل أن تأخذ إدارة الفندق هذه الملاحظة بعين الاعتبار، لضمان استمرارية الخدمة الراقية التي عُرف بها هذا المكان

Tasty food and excellent vibes. Beach's location is near to the hotel. The pool is clear, and the aqua park is amazing

People are helpful and nice but the hotel is old and cleanliness is poor

The place was beautifully calm as our stay was very much peaceful. The food was also good and a nice change of the menu almost every night. The staff too were polite and friendly. Overall stay was 4/5!

Very bad service experience! Not professional, No proactively communication, No respect for customers when additional charge happened. Especially the reception manager is very rude to customer with threating personal safety words. Not recommend!

The room is excellent, the food is very bad and i The quality is poor, the security staff is disrespectful, I think I will not repeat the experience again

Very Bad Service Didn't get my rewards either early check in or late checkout Cleanliness level is also bad Staff isn't friendly Also there are no drinks at dinner!! How come Even water is for an extra charge !! Wouldn't recommend at all
