At the end of the evening he charged us however the full price each/ clearly a miscommunication but you would expect to see a correct bill rather than just an explanation on why he was right… not the level of service you would expect from a M star restaurant."

"Better tha the two other hotels we used on our way from the UK to Italy to see family. Room was large, clean and air coditioned, and there was eveb a small fridge, which we appreciated. Breakfast was fine... meat and cheese as well as breads and yoghurts. I am diabetic so am used to skipping breakfast, but here it was fine. It was also quiet, which our last hotel mose assuredly was not. We were very, very pleased."

"A charming hotel in Canelli. The rooms are compact but clean and new, and we were greeted with welcome fruit and red wine! The bathroom was also clean and easy to use, with perfect water pressure and temperature. Amenities were plentiful. Breakfast was also wonderful! A wide variety of options, especially the desserts (over 10 kinds!). The fresh orange juice was delicious. All the staff were smiling and helpful, making for a very pleasant morning. I highly recommend this hotel."
