"Don't book here. If you are an international traveler, they will lie and say that they do not have your reservation and leave you stranded in the middle of the night for a booked room guaranteed with a credit card. I arrived at this hotel at about 9:30 PM from Asaba International Airport to check into a room I booked and guaranteed on the official Best Western Website in the States weeks ago with a confirmation number. The front desk staff said they didn't have my reservation and were fully booked. I asked to speak to a manager, and the young lady at the front desk called the guy dressed in the colorful outfit standing on the front side of the desk. He kept repeating that they were fully booked and that my reservation didn't "drop" into their system. I am not sure if he was the manager or not. I am sure that the entire staff that I interacted with at this Best Western was subpar and had no concern for my safety or regard for prior reservations. I have reached out to Best Western Global as I do not want another unsuspecting traveler to encounter the same fate of being stranded in the middle of the night with a reservation for a guaranteed booked room and nowhere to lay their head. They did not try to help me find an alternate hotel or care that I was stranded and had been dropped off by a taxi. Choose a hotel with more integrity and better customer service than this one. Might I add, I also booked the Hawthorne Suites in Abuja and the Hilton Legend and Marriott in Lagos with absolutely no issues - checked into each one without incident - they all easily pulled up my existing reservations and checked me in. Avoid this one. Here's a picture of the front desk staff and "manager" who claimed they could not find my reservation even with the confirmation number. I called Best Western Global and sure enough I definitely had a guaranteed reservation."

"We had an amazing time in Asaba because we stayed at The Thribeka. The location was perfect, the hotel was very clean with welcoming ambience, the food is always freshly made and very delicious. The staff were very courteous and welcoming, always ready to assist. Whenever I find myself in Asaba again, I'm definitely staying at The Thribeka, and I will gladly recommend them for your next stay in Asaba."

"I love ❤️ Bon Hotel. As an American I am very very please. Upper management made sure our honeymoon stay exceeded our expectations. Our room is so beautiful. All staff super friendly. Kingsley, Felix, front desk reception, Armstrong amazing. Once you walk into the hotel you are welcome immediately. I give Bon Hotel a better stay then The Plaza in New York. Bon Hotel thank you for a wonderful stay. We will return. You gave us a beautiful honeymoon staycation. The Plaza in NY can’t beat the Bon Hotel. Hotel with class. If you ever are in Asaba. Please mention Mrs. Kindness on this trip advisor. Love you Bon Hotel. You made my honeymoon stay I will never forget. 😍😘🥰 Chef excellence "
