"Room was very basic, very similar to a premier inn in the uk. The room smelled of smoke but there was a smoking area on every floor. No hairdryer but when I called reception the lady kindly brought one to my room. You get some little toiletries and the water pressure in shower is really good but the towels were very old and dry. There is room service and the prices are very good. I'd strongly advise you do not go out without a guide, especially if you are a female alone. The restaurant in the hotel is very good. The curry was amazing and there is very good drinks selection. You can go to reception for bottled water when you like. The wifi is ok but it went very weak around 10pm. Overall a good stop off point for a rest and to have some nice food and get clean but not a place for holiday. Staff were lovely people."

"I booked and PAID for a Deluxe Double Room but was given a basic room. The photos shown online are of the deluxe rooms, but in reality, they also have basic rooms and that’s what I was assigned, then lying that I didn't want to stay in the room I booked and stay with other group, Why would I pay more money not stay in nicer room? On top of that, the next morning the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom and bedroom, there was no hot water for the entire stay, and the water pressure was extremely low. When I complained, instead of offering help, the owner was rude and even threatened to sue me if I wrote an honest review. I found this behavior very unprofessional and intimidating – no guest should feel threatened by a property owner."
