"Great Hotel and location. Main problem was that the hotel does not have central heating in any rod the rooms. Rooms get cold in the winter. This should be made apparent in their brochure of the facilities. If I had known there was no heating I would not have booked this hotel"

"This was an insurance placement, we were so upset to be put up in a hostel after staying in a 4 star hotel. But soon changed our mind after arrival. Hostel- bright, modern in all areas, lift and stair access; small cafe/ restaurant; extremely polite and helpful staff . Bedroom- spacious, modern with en-suite and toiletries provided. Location- corner shop and restaurant across the road, near small beautiful marina with cafes; short walk to local high street. Would HIGHLY recommend this hostel."

"Nice and clean and great location. Street it is on felt a little dark and we were wary walking down it at night. Only downside was noise levels , everything seemed to echo so we could hear doors slamming, people walking and talking all night, shower from room upstairs etc Would recommend especially for price and value."

"this hotel is perfect if you want easy way to get to airport the next day. there is a bus stop 5 min walk away, the buses connect all the island. the staff are efficient and polite. they helped me print my boarding pass at no charge. I didn't try the dinner buffet(half a dozen dishes)but looked good for about 18 euros. there is a big map of arrecife on the wall that you can photo and use to get around the city. we had a sea view room,recommended the view is nice."

"The property has an excellent location, close to the area of typical restaurants and on a street that, despite being crossed by cars, is very quiet. The room with a sea view is absolutely recommended, which overlooks not only the ocean, but also the small and picturesque pier below. We appreciated the professionalism of the staff, with whom it is also possible to communicate in several languages, and their kindness. Breakfast is good and plentiful, and is served on a splendid terrace on the sixth floor overlooking the sea. The only "flaw" that perhaps only Italians notice: there is no espresso, but only nescafè!"

"Lovely little hotel right on the sea front, few steps leading up to the door, key code needed, but once in there is a lift. Downstairs there is a small lounge area with books and chess, plus tea and coffee facilities with a small charge. The room was surprisingly large with living room area, kitchen shower room and a bedroom with twin beds, we only stayed one night, but I would definitely go back, there is also a sun terrace with beds shower and jacuzzi, plenty of places to eat nearby, or like us we had a lovely Chinese in the room."

"This is my second stay and this time for six weeks , with a variety of family and friends visiting at different times . Everybody loves the place . The suite is as good as you could wish for with all amenities required . Manuela is so helpful for any requests and I have already decided I am returning again later this year . The view from the sea facing suites cannot be beaten"
