"Loved this hotel which is almost like a château and located in the city center. So there are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby accessible by foot. The rooms were really nice in a colonial vibe décoration and the bathroom was big and clean. The reception stuff was OK. And for private parking they have limited space and that city is quite full of cars. Expect to walk a bit when parking outside the hotel back to the hotel. Other then that very nice and breakfast was decent as well."

"The Arras Ibis Styles was the last hotel on our driving 'Tour de France' during May, we stopped at hotel/Logis in Normandy, Angers, Bordeaux, Narbonne, Lyon and Dijon, my wife and I both agreed that the Arras Ibis Styles hotel is perfect, its style, decor, public areas are superb, breakfast choice and service were perfect, however what makes the hotel perfect is the staff, all staff were excellent but the lady receptionist who checked us in arrived back at work while we had an early breakfast with a big smile on her face, this speaks volumes to us, please pass on thanks to all staff"
