It's not easy to sit on the chair, and it makes getting into bed more difficult due to the limited space. The shower is good and spacious enough. Friendly staff. You can borrow a hairdryer at the front desk, which is convenient. Good location, close to many shops/restaurants and the main route."

"The Arras Ibis Styles was the last hotel on our driving 'Tour de France' during May, we stopped at hotel/Logis in Normandy, Angers, Bordeaux, Narbonne, Lyon and Dijon, my wife and I both agreed that the Arras Ibis Styles hotel is perfect, its style, decor, public areas are superb, breakfast choice and service were perfect, however what makes the hotel perfect is the staff, all staff were excellent but the lady receptionist who checked us in arrived back at work while we had an early breakfast with a big smile on her face, this speaks volumes to us, please pass on thanks to all staff"

"The lift doors opened onto a black threadbare carpet and black walls. Not a welcome sight. The suite was adequate but with little storage . The safe only worked when the a master key was provided. Outlook was onto rooves and the constant noise from an air conditioning unit kept us awake. The dining room looked inviting , however it wasn’t open during our stay. The hotel’s location saved the day, Grand Place and the adjacent place des heros are the beating heart of Arras."

"The hotel is right next to the train station. The room was clean! The staff were very kind and warm. It was very pleasant for me, thank you very much :)! The hotel is right next to Arras station, and the staff at the front desk were very kind. The room was also very clean! There were no amenities such as toothbrushes in the room, but it said that if you forget, you can ask the front desk for them! A buffet breakfast was included, with yogurt, cereal, bread, cheese, fruit, and drinks such as coffee, tea, juice, and even a machine for freshly squeezed orange juice! After checking out, they held my luggage for me, so I was able to sightsee at my leisure until my train time."

"The hotel was dark and dingy with black carpets and walls it was more like a night club. The restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday despite information in the room to the contrary. Furniture was rickety and there is nowhere to put items in the bathroom which is open plan to the bedroom. Bed was comfortable Breakfast is served in a windowless basement and had flies on the food. Wouldn’t recommend."

"The hotel is easy to find, it is located right on one of the city's central squares. Two buildings behind each other with a wonderful interior courtyard.. My room was located in the second building, so noise from the square was not heard at all (right on the square was a beer festival). N the room is clean, very good lighting. You can use a good stationary phenomenon and turn on the heater in the bathroom. But as in many old hotels, the trouble with hearing is as if opening your door and the water flows in your bathroom"
