Reasonable price, a good alternative for someone who visits Washington DC ( cannot find such price in the city centre) Close to city centre, just take a Lyft for $6 to the Washington Monument New and clean Breakfast is ok, but dont expect too much Kitchen in the room with dishwasher 👍 Better if bed sheet for the sofa bed is provided

Excellent customer service. Great rooms! The kitchen was fully stocked with plates and kitchenware. Breakfast was midiocre at best. Should be served on a real plates and not paper.

The service is very good, and the free breakfast is very rich for the United States. The room is also clean and comfortable, especially the bed in the room with two large beds is very good. So I have stayed here several times

The stay was wonderful, the room was clean and spacious.

I stayed this hotel few months ago. When I checked in, I asked how I pay for the parking fee and an employee at front desk replied to use toll machine at the exit of parking lot in hotel's basement. After checking out, days later, I found my deposit was deducted, they said that it was the parking fee. I asked the parking fee was double charged,and sent my bank account as a proof. This hotel's answer was it is not hotel's parking lot. If so, why did the employee say to use the toll machine at the exit to parking lot and why is the toll machine at the hotel basement. Above all, nobody told the parking policy and there is no sign that shows the location of parking lot. I am little upset due to their unkindness. For those who will stay this hotel, please check the parking lot policy.

It's a beautiful hotel with all the amenities, including a really delicious breakfast spread. Parking was a bit expensive, but otherwise, it's a perfect hotel for Washington, DC, tours.

Great experience…. I arrived late at night and the front desk attendant was great. I forgot my computer bag and the security was able to confirm I left it in the room and was able to retrieve it. Great experience… I wish I could remember the night attendant’s name… he was professional and courteous

The hotel has a small front, but the room is big, the bed is also big, and the sleep is still very comfortable! However, there is always a problem with the water in the toilet! There is free breakfast! There is ice water and fruit in the lobby on the first floor! You can also ask the waiter for bottled water. Simple meals can be made in the room, and there are plates and refrigerators! The airport bus is very convenient

Large room, no slippers, threw out all the white socks (not the first time in the US), cleaning is lousy, once after cleaning they took out things that did not belong to me, shower is not removable, all sorts of things, breakfasts are meager and monotonous. The price is too high.
