Kyriad Arles
"The room was a bit small, but clean and well organised. Overall, the overall rating was excellent."
Hôtel Arles Plaza
"The breakfast buffet was great with many local foods such as cheese and ham. The artistic decoration inside is very unique. But you need a taxi to the station and 10 min walk to the city center."
Urban Style Arl Hotel
"The hotel staff were very kind and although I was a bit worried about traveling alone overseas, they put me at ease. I was glad that they not only told me about the hotel but also how to get on the bus. It was a bit far from the tourist sites, which was a challenge, but other than that there were no particular issues and I was able to have a very enjoyable trip. The room was also nice and clean."
Mercure Arles Centre Arènes
"The front desk staff were very friendly and nice."
Ibis Budget Arles Sud Fourchon
"The room was too stuffy, and there were mosquitoes when the windows were opened, which was not good. Everything else is great"
Premiere Classe Arles
"Satisfied! Very enthusiastic!"
Ibis Styles Arles Palais des Congrès
"Lovely hotel with the simplicity of ibis and just outside the old city. Therefore a good price quality ratio."
Logis Hôtel le Rodin
"The hotel is close to the Van Gogh Sanatorium. There is a small town nearby where you can eat. The hotel also has a swimming pool and the room is very small."
Hôtel de l'Amphithéâtre
"Location is fairly good from TGV station, but looks like little bit way from old town about 20 minutes by walk."

Ibis Budget Arles Palais des Congres
"The elevator was broken and the toilet was dirty!"
Hôtel & Spa Jules César Arles - MGallery
"The hotel was great overall, good location, spacious. However, it is quite old, and there was one night where the whole hotel stopped water supply from 10pm onwards. It was a bit inconvenient."
Sowell Family les Amandiers
"We benefited from a promotion for the all-inclusive formula and the quality-price ratio is really excellent. The setting is very pleasant, the staff charming. The meals are good and varied. Ideal for visiting the beautiful city of Arles and the Camargue."
Sowell Hotels l'Olivier
"Out in the boondocks, eat on the property or drive quite a way, road into the property needs attention, brush encroaches on road. Far away from Old Arles. Internet was difficult to connect to and very slow. Not enough sockets for charging electronics. While comfortable it's more for people who want time in the country with additional paid amusements. Duvet too thick for room temperature, had to sleep outside bedding."
Odalys Residence Le Village Camarguais Les Gardians
"Nice place with green and complete services. Only problem is distance from Arles. You need absolutly your car. "
Résidence Odalys Référence les Gardians
"The accommodation is good. The quiet and pleasant place. A pleasant and responding to requests. It could be improved with a door between the room and the corner bed in the corridor for more intimacy. The coffee shop is not convenient for breakfast"
Hôtel la Muette
"A dream !"
Hotel Spa le Calendal
"Very friendly, breakfast is good, room is good, location is good. No lift so may be a problem for senior people."
Le Régence
"Rick Steves recommended this hotel 24 years ago. I came back last Sep 2023 and the room we had was ok. The management has changed now owned by Eric and Valerie. On our 2nd day, we requested not to have our room cleaned hoping we had the option to get towels anytime. We informed Eric in the morning we left for Les Baux that we don't want our room cleaned since they don't have those door hangers. However, that night when we came back, my husband requested for toilet paper and extra towels. Eric gave him the toiler paper but not the towels. So I came down and as soon as I tried to request or say something, Eric got so upset, started talking in French saying "Merde", stood up angrily and kept talking in French from the time he went up to get the towels to the time he got back to the front desk. I watch French movies and I know what that word means. What a rude receptionist/owner! It was a very simple request and he was disrespectful. I paid the hotel fees. I did not deserve this kind of treatment. Their excuse is it's a mom and pop hotel and someone has to stay in the front desk and the cleaners come in during the day. The solution should have been to always have towels in hand in the private room next to the front desk. Normally hotels will give you towels no questions asked. Don't they know that guests can request towels any time? This owner was unkind and unfriendly. Never will I go to this hotel anymore based on my last experience."
Mas de la Chapelle
"Very comfortable Hotel made upgrade the room Interior is very interesting"
Hôtel Le Relais de Poste Arles Centre Historique
"Good location."
Maison Douce Arles
"Nathalie was so wonderful making us feel welcomed. We felt at home & safe during the 4 nights we were there. There is a good variety for breakfast and we enjoyed the special treat that she makes daily. The property is centrally located, walking distance to the sights & restaurants. The room we had was quiet and big with a comfortable bed and a big shower/bathroom. This is an excellent place to use as a base for a few days. My husband and I are very grateful to Nathalie for her help when there was a problem with our next destination. The problem was resolved before we left Arles."
Logis Hotel des Granges
"Imagine arriving at a hotel after a busy day and a laborious journey around 11:00 p.m. (in the middle of the countryside) to relax and unwind. But the doors of the establishment are closed and there is no means of rescue or emergency to speak to someone. Yes! An answering machine that informs you of the opening hours. Not even a phone call from the hotelier to inquire about the arrival of his guest who might have had a problem. Because the physical reception is closed around 8:00 p.m. (Reservation made for 2 nights) Forced to find another hotel 3 hours later!!! The next day, no apology but reproaches to the customer for not having read the information about the establishment. Having paid in advance to Booking, no refund was offered to me on my invoice which, however, had a debit line for a night cancellation!!! Customer relations ZERO points for this lack of professionalism. I'm still waiting for a response from *********** regarding my complaint sent on 23/09/23, which will allow me to put this bad experience, which I wouldn't wish on anyone, behind me. I'm usually always asked for feedback on my stay, and since September 23..."
Villa Blanche
"Beautiful Art Deco house, tastefully renovated, where gentleness and the art of living are highlighted for total serenity. Gilbert and Olivier, former owners of Mas St Florent in Raphele, have succeeded in this new Challenge. To be discovered without delay."
