"Kapsaliana is a slice of paradise for sure. Hidden away in the hills, this village has been brought lovingly back to life; it is exquisite. Everything has been done with such a clear sense of the setting, history and for the comfort of guests, with impeccable taste. We had the Libra appartment with its private hot tub, and evenings in the tub with a glass of wine, under the pomegranate tree looking at the stars were just amazing. Some lovely trips around - wineries, the monastery at Arkadi and Margarites for the stunning pottery were lovely too. We can’t wait to return to this stunning spot."

"We stopped in Rethymno for a few days while holidaying in Crete . Whilst the beaches weren’t the best in Crete the resort was unbelievable . The fitout is so classy the gardens are so amazing and the pool is very special. The interior decorations are classic style but so fresh . Thanks to Ioanna and Elleni who were our customer service leads were beyond helpful. All other staff we encountered were of a world class standard. Well done Greco Hotels Another benefit if you don’t feel like going to the old town there is an amazing taverna accross the road called Levantes. Family run and the food is great"

"10/10 overall, staff were all friendly and super helpful, the rooms get cleaned everyday, they have two all inclusive bars one in the lobby and one outside right by the beach. Not to mention the all inclusive food has a ton of variety and different things to pick from all the way from pizza to sushi and options even for those who are on a diet, they also have a variety in desserts and self-serve ice cream for breakfast lunch or dinner. Additionally the hotel has a very chic, modern vibe and also has many shops, bars and restaurants to go to right infront of the hotel aswell as the hotel being on the beach. Definitely recommend wether your going on a couples or family trip this is the right place for anybody, and a big shout to the manager Christina who is very welcoming and eager to help!"

"Overall great location (great restaurants in the area and the beach access was great), fantastic cleaners (they were very kind) and nice staff. Everything else was shockingly disgraceful. I was very unsure of what food I was eating, at one point I ate a “meat” that looked like an unknown substance that had a strange consistency. The food was more despicable than GRU in the first Despicable Me, for a few days straight I mostly just ate carrot as the other food did not look appetising in my opinion."

What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional, personalized hospitality. The owner, Manolis, goes absolutely above and beyond to accommodate every single demand with a smile. His dedication to his guests is unmatched. And right by the bar, Sifis the bartender was an absolute delight—so fun to chat with and always mixing up great drinks with a fantastic attitude. The combination of a stunning location, flawless rooms, and a team that treats you like family made our stay unforgettable. We cannot recommend the Aegean View highly enough and are already dreaming of our next visit!"

"Spent a relaxing week, at this smaller hotel. This created a very peaceful atmosphere. Every where was so clean and tidy. Food was delicious and plentiful. Rooms were spacious, the sea view and sunsets were so beautiful. All the staff go above and beyond to help make your stay a very happy memory. My only criticism, is no hand sanitizer around or in the restaurant. I witnessed several people coming out the WC without washing hands."

"Where have people stayed before if you think this hotel is good must have stayed in a 2 star hotel. It’s horrific the hotel itself is clean but that’s it. The food is like eating a traps toe nail the drinks are disgusting. The staff are rude and don’t interact at all,stupid rules no entertainment at all except at lunchtime when you see the food. Band cut off at checkout so can’t use restaurant or bars 1am. Google reviews say it all as the ones on here must be made up. It’s a absolute joke of a hotel. And believe me I have stayed in better in Afghanistan"
