"Very large hotel located at the motorway exit, very convenient for getting to Arezzo. Very friendly staff, excellent welcome, quick check-in. Excellent breakfast, with lots of cakes and croissants, the savory part was also excellent, plentiful and varied, super friendly and helpful waiters. I didn't like the cleanliness in the corridors of the rooms, dirty and stained carpet, large room, but there is no wardrobe, everything is left exposed. The square bathroom fixtures are very uncomfortable, especially the bidet, there is no presence in the room of another blanket and not even additional pillows, as usual the ones present are very thin, on the other hand the bed was very comfortable, there was no socket next to one side of the bed and in our bathroom there was a bathtub, very uncomfortable. Paying €4 for a bottle of water at the bar is theft. Overall 4* worth reviewing."

"The hotel is unmarked on the street, with private parking in an older building above the railway line, so early in the morning the passing trains keep you awake. The apartments are large, but with many flaws that show their age. The staff are very polite, except for the cleaning ladies, who wanted to kick us out of the rooms at 10:30 a.m., even though checkout was at 11:00 a.m. The only positive is that it's just steps from the city center. I wouldn't stay here again; perhaps there's something better."

"A stone's throw from Arezzo and a short distance from the beautiful towns of Lucignano and Anghiari, the structure is therefore strategically useful for visiting this part of Tuscany. Large and comfortable rooms "left" to their former glory (including doors). Beautiful stone swimming pool, super breakfast with homemade products as well as the restaurant offer. Flavors of the past, with homemade pasta, excellent sauces and special condiments. We don't know if it was just this particular period but equip yourself with mosquito repellent :)"

"Incredible location and unusual, quirky building. Homely, welcoming and very rustic. If you want prim and proper this is not the place for you. If you want an authentic experience then stay here! The staff were superb, friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. The food was as hoped and delicious. Minor blip of overcooked duck but could be forgiven when everything else was spot on and the way it was handled was as you would hope customer service to be. "

"My then girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 days and I proposed here. It couldn’t not of been a more relaxing, amazing and beautiful stay. The staff was incredible and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect but also leaving us to our time alone. It was so quiet and relaxing, the grounds surrounding were great as was the pool area. Could not of asked for a better escape and place to propose to my now wife. The building is so charming and the staff was exceptional. I appreciated the entire experience."

We spent three days in July for a portion of our Honeymoon and it was easily the most relaxing and peaceful part of our trip. The entire staff was attentive and helpful. Each meal we had was delicious and we really enjoyed the onsite wine tasting we did in their wine cellar. We would absolutely recommend a stay here!"

"The location of the property is perfect! Very close to Cortona, Lago Trasimeno and other beautiful places un Tuscany. The place is surrounded by forest, and near is a walking path that you can take to go up the hill to watch a sunset. Owners are very polite, kind and everything I asked was delivered in a minutes. As we are "early birds" with my mum, one minus was that we where not able to enjoy early morning swim at the pool as it was open only from 09:30. In comparison with other properties in Tuscany, we where able to swim from 6 AM. My kind suggestion to the owners would be: 1. To give some loving care to their beautiful garden and plants. They where a bit "sad"; 2. To sweep the yard; 3. Cut down some bushes so you can watch the sunrise; 4. Replace plastic dishes and cutlery with glass dishes and metal cutlery; 5. To air the bedrooms, because there was a musty smell in the bedrooms; 6. To put moth repellent because moths were flying in the bedrooms. I hope that my suggestion will make even more beautiful your villa!"

"Location was good. Near old town. 2 gelaterias close by. There is a couple of EV charging sites very nearby too. Room size was good. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was acceptable. There's a step in the bathroom (Room 212) which wasn't served with a warning sticker on the floor - I missed the step a couple of times. Parking was free and plenty, with shades too. Staff were sufficiently friendly. 2 full-length mirrors in the room: greatly appreciated. The only down point was that the wifi could have been stronger. Breakfast spread was acceptable."

"The place is very beautiful and characteristic, although it is a bit spooky at night in the dark... rooms can be cold in winter and have little privacy since they open onto the ground floor with a window overlooking the courtyard. Furthermore, the room only had a glass entrance door, resulting in the cold coming in from outside. Breakfast I expected more honestly, quite sparse, although the products were all very good and genuine. In short, for the rather high prices charged, we expect something more!"
