"Booked a non-smoking room, and was offered a room with no ventilation other than a window that has a coffee shop view, very noisy, you can hear every coffee that is made + the people talking loudly + music + smoking cigarettes. Noise + no clean air + no ventilation. The parking inside the hotel is miserable. Limited to 5 or 6 cars. Very narrow and hard to drive. There is a coldstore, coffee shop in the lobby and pizza and kunafa shop in the entrance. The toilet is clean, however it needs service. Overall experience is bad for this room, I don't know about other rooms."

"We chose to go here on a friend's recommendation, but I regret it so much. The place was beautiful, the location was great, it was a beautiful bungalow duplex. The ground floor had a fireplace, the upper floor had air conditioning, the upper floor was nicely heated, but unfortunately the lower floor didn't heat up at all, you were freezing from the cold, I even got sick. We had to ask for firewood in the morning, it only arrived in the evening, and the firewood was damp, and we had to struggle to prepare it. The food was mediocre, I didn't like it. Breakfast was zero, so it wasn't worth the money. Honestly, there were no wardrobes in the room, where were we going to put our belongings? The management needs to think about these things. I didn't want to write this, but when I said I didn't want to stay and asked for a refund, they said they couldn't give it to me. We had no choice but to stay. I wish I hadn't bought it, I wish the money had been wasted and I hadn't gotten sick. It was a complete disaster. Cleaning is charged extra, is that even possible? It's ridiculous.
