Worst option in Aqaba ever, they keep ignoring feedback emails and are not willing to even address the negative behaviour demonstrated by most of their team.
Security staff is extremely rude and a general lack of customer service. Not even a courtesy to respond to feedback email to address the problem.
A hotel that's doesn't care about its customers. Will never book in it again

Please note that the one-bedroom apartment is located on the lower level with no exterior view. This is not specified when booking on trip.com.
Furthermore, the photos of the apartment do not match the description, as they show a balcony with a sea view, but there isn't one.

1 All rooms with king beds are located in the basement. No view and no light. There are a lot of bugs and they are not cleaned. There were too many mosquitoes at night and I couldn't sleep. The staff recommended a better room but said I had to pay double the price of the original room. The upgraded room has 2 bedrooms and 2 rooms, so it is too big for a couple.

This is the second Mövenpick hotel I stayed at during my trip to Jordan. Overall, it is not as good as the one on the Dead Sea, especially the service. When I made the reservation, I clearly stated that this trip was for our anniversary. The hotel did not make any decorations, and the front desk did not express blessings to us. Not only was it unenthusiastic, the room was even occupied on the first night because of the tour group that arrived that day. Yes, I changed the double bed room I originally booked into a twin bed room. This is completely different from the service at the Movenpick Hotel on the Dead Sea. I will not recommend my friends to come here, I am very disappointed!
